They arrived and I put them aside until I was done with the current week’s gut behavior. I’d been having really loose, watery stools that seemed to last for days. I was trying to rule out the heat of summer, stress, food ingredients or medication discontinuation. After several days of this, I came to the conclusion that instead of waiting for this period to pass, I should try the probiotic.I’m so glad I did. Within a day or two, I was taking the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic, my stools have been ‘normal’. The rumbling and gurgling in my belly has subsided. I’ve been only taking it a few days at this point but I feel like the cultures are already working to improve my gut health.The serving size is one capsule per day, providing for 30 days of dosing in one bottle. They are odorless and the Non-GMO vegan capsules are ‘medium’ sized, not difficult to swallow. I did not experience any ill effects from using this product. I tried the RenewLife 50 billion ultimate flora probiotic with 31 probiotic strains and felt it worked great. I like that this product is a combination of probiotics and postbiotic cultures. Having both types of cultures can significantly improve gut health. It will help boost your immune system and regulate your immune response. You get antioxidant protection and improved digestive health. The delayed release capsules ensure the product gets to your intestinal tract and isn’t destroyed in your stomach acid. I noticed improvements with bowel regularity and a reduction in bloating. After being on prescription medications, I felt as though these helped restore my digestive system back to a healthy and normal function. You only need to take one capsule a day, so this is a month supply.
