Update 2026The formula has changed! The new version made me sick to my stomach with horrible cramps. Having used and loved this product for over 15 years, I couldn’t imagine what was going on — so I called RenewLife. Yep, it’s a different formula! Not drastically, but enough to cause severe digestive issues and pain. Draw your own conclusions!
