A Safe & Common Sense blend for good health
An affordable “common sense” blend of vitamins and supplements for metabolism and kidney health. The amount of ingredients is not overkill and that’s a real concern these days. Too much of a good thing can be dangerous for certain organs yet this supplement seems to not have any scary high levels of anything in it. To me, that is comforting to know that I won’t be getting too much. It may even boost energy levels given the fair amount of Vitamin B6 and B12 that are still within a reasonable dose for good health.

Good Deal
This seems like a good supplement, though I haven’t been on it long enough for it to reach full effectiveness. I ordered it based on the recommendations of one of my doctors and so far I have no complaints. I take one with dinner every day and haven’t experienced any negative side effects. I haven’t noticed any distinct smell, the pills are average sized, easy to swallow, and seem to have decent ingredients. I like that the company is cGMP certified, is non GMO and soy free. I’ve never seen a supplement label list “assembled in the USA” before, so I do have some questions about that. But otherwise, at $19.99 for 2 months, it seems like a good deal.

I started taking this supplement at the suggestion of my doctor. I appreciate that it is a fairly Low dosage because I take others supplements. I like the fact that there are several vitamins and minerals. They are also easy to swallow.

Good Blend At An Attractive Price Point
I have been having some kidney issues, so thought I’d give these a try. TBH I didn’t feel any difference after several weeks of use, BUT I get a renal blood panel every week, and my bad numbers have gone down like creatinine, and GFR has shifted for the better as well. I can’t figure out from the ingredients list what may be causing this, as these are ingredients are included in any good multivitamin formula, including the inclusion of trace minerals. That being said, something here is very good, the lab tests don’t lie. Maybe it’s the higher dose of things like folate? Regardless, I am grateful to have found this and will continue using to assess further. It says “Assembled in the USA” which sounds a bit squirrelly to me, but it’s got the inspected facility seal and is certified tested, so probably OK, but I’d prefer if it to be MANUFACTURED in the USA. For that vagueness and no explanation as to why it’s effective, I dinged a star.
