Holy Fiber, indeed!

Where to start? I wanted to wait a while to do a thorough review, however, even time hasn’t brought more clarity. Lol. Here goes:Apparently, only around 7% of Americans get enough fiber. I have been on a mission to be part of that 7%, and let me tell you, consistently doing so can be pretty difficult.This product is marketed for men however I didn’t see anything in the ingredients to indicate that women couldn’t also take these so I ordered. For a healthy woman under 50, my target is 25 grams of fiber per day.I typically don’t use fiber supplements, but rather get fiber through food. However, when eating a meal that isn’t fiber-rich, I’ve been incorporating these supplements, and they’ve been working. Working very well, I might add. What I find confusing though, is how?According to the bottle, 1 serving (4 capsules) has a little over 2 grams of fiber. That’s a very small amount of fiber… It’s almost negligible, I was disappointed once I converted the measurements from mg to grams and saw how little fiber each serving was. However, and this is a big however, these supplements have made a very noticeable improvement in regularity, digestion, and feeling of fullness. I don’t exactly know how, but I’m definitely benefiting from them.Would I repurchase? Yes.Am I confused as to how they’re working so well? Yes.Do I recommend them? Yes

Fun branding, but not worth the price

The packaging and marketing are clearly targeted in a playful way, which honestly made me laugh a bit. The bottle is well designed and printed in both English and Turkish, and it’s made in Türkiye. Unfortunately, you’re mostly paying for the branding here. Following the directions, it only lasts about two weeks and I didn’t notice any meaningful results. For the cost, there are better options out there.

Go like a guy

I don’t know why these fiber pills specify “for men”. They have several excellent ingredients for bulking up and helping with movement for any adult human. Start with just one pill and work your way up to the daily dose to prevent impact or blockage. Drink more water. Tell your family you love them. And then schedule more bathroom visits.

Huge improvement over any of the powdered fiber drink mixes!

After years of Metamucil, Benefiber, and whatever other brands are out there, I was sick of gulping down sickeningly sweet, grossly artificial flavored, and occasionally slimy drinks to help supplement my daily fiber intake. Being able to quickly swallow some pills with plain water (or whatever beverage) sure beats having to down an unappetizing fiber solution.The Redy 4-in-1 blend is a real nice combo of stuff for your gut! As balanced of a diet as I can maintain, sometimes you still need some extra to keep things going on your insides. Caution for the uninitiated, however: make sure to down a good amount of water and liquids when you take fiber supplements, otherwise they can have the opposite effect of creating a blockage. Psyllium husk, chia, and flax especially love to soak up liquids in your colon, and that’s what helps with making you feel full, and keeping your digestion in good standing.With 60 capsules in a bottle, and a recommended dosage of 4 a day for a healthy adult, this is a fairly costly fiber supplement. The pill form is extra convenient and much more preferable to drink mixes, but you’ll likely find other supplements more economical.Edit: Ohhhhhhhhh. I feel silly. That’s what they mean by “Redy for you.” I never would have picked up on the marketing if I hadn’t skimmed some other reviews! Clever branding. Fun, but rest assured, the fiber blend works just the same for anyone!

The rating of five is a bit lenient, but I do like this supplement. It’s just pricey.
