a lifesaver
I had a very difficult birth that resulted in an emergency c-section and on top of that I had postpartum preeclampsia. As a result, I suffered from so much anxiety post birth but I refused to be on any prescription anxiety meds. I knew I just needed some time to recover from all of it and allow my body to heal and the last thing I want is to be dependent on any anxiety meds. My OB, who takes a naturopathic approach suggested RediCalm, and told me that it’s all natural and I don’t have to worry about much side effects. I decided to give it a try since I was really struggling from so much anxiety. True to it’s promise, RediCalm helped me a lot and eased my anxiety from the time I started taking it. I used to just take it once a day after supper and before going to bed since that’s when I tend to get so anxious that it was so difficult for me to get a goodnight sleep. Now, I don’t even take it daily, I only use it on as needed basis and it totally works for me. I never had to deal with any side effects from it and what I like best about it is it does calm me 30 minutes after taking it without making me feel sleepy or getting foggy, which is how I would want it to be considering that I have a baby to take care of. Best Anxiety supplement
In September 2018, I went to the Dr. for anxiety I have suffered from this for many years. I take a Xanax when i am at my worst ( I dont like taking Xanax ) He prescribed me a anti depressant, which i told him i was not depressed, just full of anxiety, which happens at this time of year .In doing my research of the anti depressant that was prescribed to me this ad popped up on Ready Calm, so wanting a more natural way to rid my anxiety ,i started ready the studies on Ready Calm.( I recommend you do the same) Being desperate and not wanting to go on a anti depressant, I decided to order Ready Calm. I could hardly wait for it to get to me, When i received it I took one, and i was one , that felt a complete calmness with in a half hour of taking it I, I am so thankful that i was brought to this product, i have tried many things, and this by far has worked the best for me, if my anxiety gets really high i will take another pill, it usually calms me right down,I am afraid not to take it, the only down fall is that it is fairly exspensive for just 30 pills. I wish it was a little cheaper, but it is well worth the cost for the overall calmness and peace i feel.Thank you Nutreance for a product that works for me.

Redicalm really works!!!
I’ve bought this supplement awhile ago, try it a few times, but did not do it regularly. During the holidays I started getting more anxious than usual, I was diagnosed with panic attacks and anxiety a while ago after being a first responder during the 9/11 attacks, I was a NYC Police Officer than., but after that I took heavy medication, which I disliked so much. I got better went off those awful medications, and learn to manage my panic attacks on my own, which its so hard at times, but worked at it every day. May 2018 the best sister I had dies, it took me by surprise and back to my panic attacks, which came and went as usual. And than during the holidays, I just couldn’t manage them cried a lot not only for the loss of my sister, but because I did not want to go back to those awful drugs, and I remember Redicalm, still had half the bottle in my medicine cabinet, and I took one, and felt so much better, and took another the next day, and much better. End of my story, I just order another bottle and will be ordering more for my mom, it works beautifully. No awful drugs, and I feel like I can have a life now. Didn’t not work for me:(
This brand got some good reviews here and on some other sites, so I chose this one over MANY others. The bottle says to take 1-2 capsules, I decided on 2. With 30 in a bottle, it lasted me 15 days. I really felt like it made my anxiety worse and amped up my depression. I don’t know if I did something wrong, or maybe it was a bad two weeks but for me, sadly I won’t be buying again.

Very sick after taking one pill.
I ordered this herb for my son who has a serious anxiety problem but doesnt want to take controlled items for it. It sounded so good on the review I thought for sure it would help him. I received it yesterday morning around 10 not exactly sure of time. I had eaten breakfast and decided to try one of the capsules just to see if it would make me feel calm. About 30 minutes after taking it, I began to feel a tiny bit nauseated. After about an hour my stomach started cramping badly and I felt as tho I might have diarrhea. In another 30 minutes I started throwing up what little I had eaten that morning. This all progressed until I was as sick as I ever remember being with severe stomach cramps, throwing up and diarrhea. I took Kaopectate, Imodium, Gas-X in and out of the bathroom and in bed wondering when and if I would get better. I was too ill to go to the doctor. It was like a bad dream as I was just out of action, waiting. At 2:00 this morning things eased up a bit and I slept off and on, still in pain, until morning light. I have been in bed all day unable to eat just drinking water. I read the items in the Calm and none seemed something you should be careful taking, so I’m left wondering about what in the capsule caused me to be ill. I cannot tolerate dairy products which can make me pretty ill if they are not Lactose free but i saw no indication of this in Calm. I certainly wont risk giving it to my son. Hopefully you will refund my money if I return the product. Personally, I think you should check the rest of the capsules as something might have gotten in them that shouldn’t be there. Has anyone else had a reaction of this type after taking the capsules. Will be waiting to hear from you.

Do not use if you have breathing problems like COPD.
I have COPD and was looking for an alternative to Xanax. It works great for anxiety but affects breathing like Xanax. Had to stop after 3 days. Might be OK if it was tablet and breakable or a lower strength.
