Seemed to help with cramps
PMS ASAP Remedy: $26.99 for a 30-day supply at the time of reviewI ordered these pills to see if I could help alleviate some of the pain associated with PMS for my wife. The made in the USA label coupled with quality ingredients was enough to get her to try them.*What I liked*:The following two sections are gonna be from her point of view. She said that she did think they helped with cramps, but that she didn’t notice help with any other symptoms. They are easy to take, and the 30 day supply will last longer than a month considering she doesn’t need to take them all month.*What I didn’t like*:She’s disappointed that they didn’t help with other symptoms.*The Bottom Line:*At the end of the day I think my wife was pleased with these. They seemed to target the worst symptom, cramps, which is good. But they didn’t really help with others. She said she’d probably give them four stars out of five. So that’s going to be our final score.

Gentle Balance- Cramps, Mood, Hormones, Circulation, Discomfort, Calm, Energy
PMS ASAP from Redd Remedies is one of those herbal blends that aims to be a quiet but dependable companion during the less-than-comfortable days of the month. It pulls together a thoughtful collection of traditional botanicals—like cramp bark, which has a long-standing reputation for helping with uterine muscle tension; dong quai, often referred to as the “female ginseng” due to its balancing and circulation-enhancing properties; white peony root, known for its role in traditional Chinese medicine to support hormonal harmony and soothe mood swings; and red-rooted sage, which adds some blood-moving properties often used for stagnation-related symptoms. Together, these herbs make for a formula that clearly leans into whole-body menstrual support rather than just pain masking.I gave this one a full cycle’s try, taking it consistently the week before and during menstruation. The capsules were easy to take, and I appreciated that they didn’t cause any drowsiness or digestive issues—especially because some herbal formulas can be hit or miss in that regard. In terms of relief, I wouldn’t call it dramatic or immediate, but it did seem to take a mild edge off the usual cramps and general achiness, especially when I remembered to stay on top of the dosing. I didn’t notice much change with mood or bloating, but I also didn’t feel like I needed to reach for ibuprofen as often, which is a small but welcome shift. Like with many herbal products, it may work better cumulatively over time or paired with lifestyle tweaks like staying hydrated and cutting back on inflammatory foods.Overall, this felt like a gentle, natural option that didn’t overpromise and delivered on some low-key comfort. I’d recommend it to anyone who prefers a botanical approach and is okay with subtle support rather than a fast-acting, heavy-duty intervention. It’s one of those supplements where the quality sourcing and clean formulation stand out, even if the results aren’t jaw-dropping right away.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

Didn’t work for me
I have pretty severe cramps and PMS symptoms, so I was very excited to try these as I thought they’d be effective and were a more natural alternative to traditional PMS/cramp relief pills. Unfortunately for me, they didn’t work at all. They didn’t lessen any of my symptoms or help alleviate my cramps.

Surprisingly effective on cramps
I was a bit skeptical about this supplement. I had never heard of anything like it before. I suffer from menstrual cramps pretty badly. I tried it my last cycle and Advil works but if I take it too much it aggravates my stomach. I remembered I had this to try and so I took it. I can definitely report that at least for me it took the edge off of the pain I was in. It didn’t completely erradicate them, but it made them 90% better which is pretty great. You can take up to 2 doses of this per day which is nice. I found I didn’t need it any more than that. I did well on 2 doses per day for the days I needed it. Your mileage may vary, but it is worth a try if you suffer from cramps.

i liked these
I have been taking these with my period the last couple of months and they have helped my cramps honestly. I had been having to take Tylenol and ibuprofen constantly for cramps. I switched over to these and have used them several times in the last couple cycles. I didn’t have any brain fog with them and was able to get through my workday. I would purchase these again

Really Helped Ease My Cramps Without Making Me Tired
Usually, I get pretty bad cramps that slow me down, but these helped ease the pain quickly so I could still get things done during the day. I liked that they didn’t make me feel drowsy or wired like some other supplements do. The herbal blend feels great, and I trust the quality since it’s made in the USA with clean ingredients. Overall, it made my period way more manageable without any weird side effects, so I’m definitely keeping these on hand for my cycle.

Quality women’s health supplement blendQuality women’s health supplement blend
PMS ASAP supplement is made in the USA for REDD Remedies (Bradley, IL) who formulates and distributes this product. I found the company’s website to be very informative, educational and transparent. Specifically, under the “Purity matters” section, I was easily able to learn how this company ensures quality from careful ingredient and supplier selection, to oversight of ingredient purity, meticulous manufacturing processes and use of 3rd party lab testing, including checking for contaminants. They test for heavy metals, gluten, microbes, aflatoxins, residues, pesticides and verify that the delivery method is effective (example-capsules disintegrate during the proper time frame). The information available is detailed and specific. The quality of information they volunteer and their product transparency standards are very good in my opinion and far above the minimum industry standards. This supplement is also non GMO, vegan, gluten/wheat free, free from many common allergens and contains no synthetic additives, dyes or flavors. These are all the things I look for in a quality supplement. They do not appear to be certified organic unfortunately. This especially bothers me because it doesn’t mention how the herbal extracts are produced and whether solvents are used.PMS ASAP arrived double quality sealed and fresh, in a plastic bottle with a lot number and expiration date indicating 2 years of shelf life remaining. You get 60 capsules which is 30 doses. The capsules are easy to swallow, odor free, tasteless and don’t give me indigestion or bad smelling burps. I felt no effects positive or negative. Unfortunately the directions for use are less than clear. It says to take 2 capsules up to twice daily during menstruation or as needed. I’m not clear on whether this blend of herbs is beneficial when taken daily or only as needed for cramps. I decided to try taking them daily to see if it reduces my PMS symptoms. I will try the higher dose when it’s the correct time of the month and my cramps kick in to see how well it does with pain relief. I’ll update this review after that. I’m not sure if I will purchase this again or not as it may not be a product I will benefit from. However if you are looking for a female health supplement incorporating cramp bark powder, dong quai root extract, white peony root extract, red-rooted sage root extract and cinnamon bark extract, this appears to be a quality product. Unfortunately, they are not transparent about how many mg of each herb are in each dose or the potency of the extracts used. It’s all lumped together as a proprietary formula of 550mg which tells me nothing about how much of each herb I’m ingesting.
