These red yeast rice come in a small glass bottle and have a little drop applicator so you can easily add it to your favorite drinks or just water. You add 2 full drops into your drink for a serving and the bottle has enough for 30 whole days so that very good. These drops are very simple to take i drop it with my water or juice in the morning. Doesn’t have much of a taste to it so that’s good and red yeast rice is supposed to be very healthy to get antioxidants and also to help keep cholesterol in order so your blood flow is better. That with good diet can help a lot with staying healthy so i definitely like how easy it is to add to your daily intake. Price is a little high compared to similar brands but seems worth it to me.

I’ve only been using these red yeast rice drops for about a week, so I can’t speak on long-term results yet, but one thing I noticed almost immediately is how much gentler this liquid formula is on my stomach compared to the capsules I’ve tried before. Capsules always seemed to leave me feeling a little heavy or uncomfortable afterward, and these drops have been much easier for me to tolerate.The blood orange flavor is actually really good— not overly sweet or medicinal. I also like that it includes CoQ10 and omega-3s so it feels like a more complete formula. So far, no stomach irritation or weird aftertaste. The dropper is pretty cool with it’s rounded squeezer (whatever it’s called).The only downside for me is that it gets hard to open because the sugar gets crystalized on the lid. I have to wash the top off every other day to prevent it from getting sticky and stuck.

I’ve ordered a lot of different supplements that are liquid – and this is the first eye-dropper style that has this unique bulb at the top. I wondered what it was for until I squeezed it and saw the liquid fill the eye dropper. Most of the time you get a dose in an eye dropper – the liquid only goes up about half. This one? All the way. I’m impressed.The dosage on this is 2ml – and, what do you know? A full eye dropper is 2ml (halfway up the tube is marked 1ml -so filling it looks to be about 2ml). Note that the dosage on this says 2ml is two droppers – but again, due to the clever bulb you can get 2ml in one shot.I’m giving 5 stars here just for the clever bulb and dosing.I ordered at 18.99 which is 30 doses and $0.63 per day and felt a little high to me. Right now I see a coupon that puts it down to 15.19 – which seems more reasonable.
