The information says take 2 drops but the serving size is 2 ml. The dropper only has 1 ml on it so you would have to take 2 droppers and then hold under your tongue and hold for 1 minute for best results. That is a lot to hold under tongue. I don’t feel the description covered what the bottle says.

Cholesterol level did drop!
The dropper does not pull up 1ml only .75ml so I have to do it a few times. The taste is fine and my cholesterol level dropped 13 points in 3 weeks. Will continue and if dropper was improved it would be perfectGave only 4 stars because of dropper

Easy way to stay on top of my cholesterol
Out of curiosity I did some bloodwork to see how I was doing health wise and it did show up that my cholesterol was creeping up. So I wanted to try something natural before going down the medication route. The dropper format is what sold me over the pill version. I just do a couple drops in my morning juice and don’t even taste it. I’m also cleaning up my diet and exercising more, so this is just one piece of the puzzle rather than a miracle fix in my opinion.I’m going to stay consistent with it. It wasn’t even that hard to incorporate into my supplement routine. Gonna get retested in a few weeks and ill see where I land with my updated results.
