These gummies have a nice berry punch flavor and a soft texture that’s easy for kids to chew. I appreciate that they’re gluten, dairy, and soy free, and the fact that they don’t require refrigeration makes them simple to store. However, most of the vitamin levels are lower than I’d prefer for a daily multivitamin, and there are some noticeable omissions in the formula. There’s also no third‑party testing or GMP certification, which is something I always look for when evaluating supplement quality. A decent option for kids who need a gentle multivitamin, but not as complete as I’d like.

These multivitamin gummies have a nice fruity scent, and a texture that is soft, but does not stick to my teeth. They have a decent berry flavor and a level of sweetness that feels just right. They taste genuinely delicious, like candy, and does not have any chemical tastes hiding under the fruity flavor.They have a decent formulation that contains the basic range of vitamins that one would expect out of a multivitamin lineup. They do not contain a whole bunch of other bells of whistles, like herbal blends or too much other trace minerals in them. All of the vitamins are served in daily percent values that are reasonable – nothing crazy high like one can sometimes see in multivitamin products.Overall these multivitamin are genuinely tasty and would be accepted by pretty much all kids. They have a reasonable, basic formulation that would do a fine job supporting a growing child. At their current selling price they are a decent value for the money, especially considering that they also include probiotics.

Good for tweens too
I already take this brand myself as an adult, and I have used different types of formulas they have for probiotics. I was interested in seeing this and giving it a try for my tween, who started to have issues, and I am wondering if this might help them. Because they are tweens and they are a bit older, I am okay with giving this to them, but I would probably be a little bit more wary if they were younger, without a doctor’s recommendation. The pros are that these gummies have a nice fruit flavor and soft texture that is easy for tweens to chew, they combine both vitamins and probiotics for overall wellbeing, and they do not require refrigeration which makes them simple to store. The cons are that most of the vitamin levels are lower than I would prefer for a daily multivitamin. The construction features a bottle with a child proof cap for safe pantry storage, and you do get the same amount for the price of bigger brands, so the price is reasonable. Overall this is a decent option who need a gentle multivitamin, but it is not as complete as I would like.

These are great gummies for kids, or even for teens or adults. They taste delicious and are easy to take. It’s nice to have something where you can just give it to your kid and feel like at least a lot of their most important nutrients are covered at a baseline level just in case. A Convenient Multivitamin + Probiotic Kids Will Actually Take
I’ve used other Raw Flora probiotics and have had good experiences with the brand, so I was interested in this kid-friendly version. I like the combination of a multivitamin and probiotic in one gummy rather than needing two separate supplements. The vitamin amounts are appropriately more moderate than adult formulas, and Bacillus coagulans adds a probiotic component without turning this into one of the very high-potency adult probiotic products.I tried one myself and it is very sweet, fruity and honestly tastes a lot like candy, so I can’t imagine taste being much of an obstacle for most kids. The trade-off is that two gummies do contain 3 grams of added sugar, but that sweetness probably helps considerably with getting children to take them consistently. Overall, I think this is a convenient and appealing combination, especially for kids or tweens who are reluctant to swallow capsules.
