I have used several probiotics from Raw Flora and have had consistently good experiences with them, so this was an easy one for me to try. Low Dose Akkermansia
I’ve had success with Nature’s Truth Raw Flora products in the past, and wanted to give Akkermansia a try, so I ordered this one. Nature’s Truth is one of the budget brands that I trust, as they do quality testing and are made in the US. I was a little disappointed that there’s actually a fairly low dose of Akkermansia in this probiotic and it’s measured in TFU, so it’s hard to say how much of that is actually viable. That said, there is a hefty serving of another probiotic and some prebiotics, so this is a worthwhile product for digestive issues. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that they’re delayed release. I don’t have any side effects from taking these. The price is affordable, but this may not be quite right for those looking for a more potent Akkermansia supplement. Overall a good product, but more so as a general probiotic/prebiotic. Raw Flora makes some other reliable probiotic blends, so I’ll probably go back to those once this bottle is done.
