Promising formula, but a little pricey for one month
I originally began taking pumpkin seed oil supplements several months ago to support my hair health and have had some encouraging results. The new growth coming in has looked shinier and smoother, and after trimming off some older damaged growth, my hair overall looks healthier. So, this supplement immediately caught my attention because it combines pumpkin seed oil with biotin and saw palmetto.I have also experienced some hair thinning related to menopause, and biotin is often associated with supporting hair growth and strength. Since this formula combines several ingredients commonly found in hair supplements, I was interested in giving it a try.The serving size is three softgels daily. Thankfully, the softgels are easy to swallow and I did not notice any unpleasant taste, aftertaste, reflux, or digestive issues while taking them.Normally, I am cautious about supplements that do not clearly mention GMP certification or third-party testing, especially with so many supplement brands appearing online lately. However, Rainbow Light is a fairly established and recognizable supplement brand, which made me feel more comfortable trying the product.At this point, I cannot speak to major visible changes yet because hair supplements generally require consistent long-term use before results become noticeable. This will be honest
There’s nothing exciting about it in the moment. Which is sort of good. No taste, no immediate payoff. It just slips into the background of your routine like it was always there. Which sounds boring, but that’s kind of the point with something like this.The vibe is more “support system in capsule form” than anything you’re meant to actively think about throughout the day. You’re not taking it for an experience, you’re taking it for consistency. and it behaves exactly like that.It’s also one of those products where discipline matters more than perception. If you’re expecting something noticeable right away, it’s probably going to feel underwhelming. If you’re fine with slow-burn, low-noise supplementation, it fits neatly into that lane.Doesnt upset tummy. Softgels swallow easily.Got levels checked and hormones were good. Dope!

Noticeable difference in how my hair looks after taking this for just a couple of weeks!
This feels like a good quality supplement that includes pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto.I haven’t had any problems with side effects when I was taking these. (I am taking a break on this supplement because I was testing another brand of saw palmetto)I have noticed that my hair looks healthier after taking these for a couple of weeks, (obviously thanks to the biotin in it) so I am looking forward to finishing this bottle up.These don’t have a noticeable taste and I haven’t had any stomach upset from these softgels. I would usually take them with food to make sure I didn’t get any bad digestive issues as I do with most vitamins and supplements unless it explicitly says not to.The directions on the bottle states to take 3 soft gels per day but I would usually just take 2 for various reasons.If you do take 3 per day then the cost would be around .70 a day which adds up if you are taking other costly supplements.Overall, I think this is a good brand and would buy other products from them in the future!

Healthy and notable aid to skin and hair
This is a helpful supplement for your daily.The pills is in a smaller size to other similar supplements. Rounder ocular, and dark, it slides down easily.The time on it has been limited, but so far I sort of feel as though skin is mildly softening. Potentially with the hair too, but I shall continue to rest for sure!The labeling is open and descriptive, and I feel better with the ingredient listing. A helpful addition to skin and hair care.

Strong biotin with saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil for hair and skin.
This Rainbow Light supplement contains 10 mg of biotin per serving. Over the years I’ve tried various high-dose biotin supplements, usually around 3 mg a day, and always noticed improvements in new hair growth after about two months of consistent use. The dosage here is three times higher than what I used before. Since one serving is three capsules, taking one capsule a day gives me roughly the same dose I’ve responded to in the past.10 mg of biotin in this supplement is 33,333% of the daily value, which looks extremely high, but hair-focused biotin supplements commonly fall in the 2.5 to 10 mg range. So while it’s high, it still fits within what’s typically used. Biotin is water-soluble, so excess is excreted, although very high doses can interfere with certain lab tests.The formula also includes a 1,120 mg pumpkin seed and botanical support blend with pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto. Saw palmetto comes from Serenoa repens, and the “10:1 extract” means the raw berry has been concentrated, with about ten parts reduced to one part extract. Pumpkin seed oil provides fatty acids that support skin barrier function and may help with inflammation. Saw palmetto is linked to reduced DHT activity, which can matter in some hormone-related issues like certain types of hair thinning or acne.
