Very potent stuff , individualize your dosage per needs
I have low blood pressure and get super dizzy a lot . So I need a lot of electrolytes, prob more than some . I use A combination approach where I take Capsules , put some in my water throughout the day and I even Carry emergency salts on me.I saw This and thought it might be better quality than the mix I’ve been making for my water . It helps to have things on hand for when I am not able to make myself a batch, as I’m disabled and some days can’t do simple things. So this is very easy to use for that reason.The one aspect I’m not super thrilled with is the instructions . It says to take a teaspoon a day . Please do not take an entire teaspoon at once , I don’t even wanna think about what that would be like . They say to split it up . But I wouldve Preferred they say what one serving actually is , instead of one days worth, so that it would be easier to split it up. Then it could say to do this x times a day.The quality is good . It’s very strong stuff . I appreciate it came from the Dead Sea . I’m wondering at what point we would deplete that resource ,but anyway. I’m only putting in a few drops per glass of water . Am I getting A whole recommended teaspoon per day? I have No idea . That would be over 3ml, and i doubt that I am . But I don’t Think this would taste very good at higher doses . And I am Also getting a lot of electrolytes in other ways .I guess another thing I take Minor issue with is that if I were To take the recommended amount daily , then this won’t last me a month . But honestly , electrolyte needs are very individual and I think I can Make this last a while longer than that with how I’m choosing to implement it . So it’s not a bad value to me , but it might not be the same for others.

I’m not sure how much lithium is in each dose
I have used Rainbow Light for many years and have always been happy with their supplements. They have good quality products, a great customer service department, and when they say that their supplements are made without, “wheat, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, eggs, shellfish, artificial flavors or sweeteners,” they really mean it; I have allergies to several of the things on that list and I’ve never had an allergic reaction to a Rainbow Light product.However, I’m disappointed in the lack of available information about this particular product, ‘Ionic Magnesium Liquid with Trace Mineral Complex’. I have been advised to start taking a small amount of lithium daily to see how it helps certain issues I’m having, though it’s important that I not exceed that dose because there could be side effects. Because I like Rainbow Light products so much, I jumped on the chance to try out this liquid supplement, but although the label makes it clear how much magnesium is in each dose, there’s no info on the amount of lithium. I contacted the company and spoke with two very kind customer service reps who spent some time looking into this, but they couldn’t find the answer. Either Rainbow Light doesn’t test for the amount of lithium or they consider that proprietary information – I’m not sure which – but either way I have no idea how much lithium could be in one dose and so I can’t take it as intended.I can say that the bottle is sealed with a plastic ring around the dropper cap, the bottle and dropper are both made from glass and there is minimal plastic in contact with the liquid, and when I did a taste test I found that even though the mineral flavor is very strong, it’s not unpleasant and I would have been happy to use this daily had the amounts of the ingredients been made clear.

Potent liquid magnesium
I take magnesium daily, but usually in a pill form. It tends to help some with sleep and relaxation. I had never tried a liquid form before but I suspected it might work better for me so I decided to try this.The bottle feels nice. It’s a nice brown glass bottle with a glass dropper. The packaging is attractive overall.I’m confused about the directions though. It says to take a teaspoon daily but not to take it all at once? The dropper measurements are related to teaspoons, so I’m not sure how one would monitor their intake daily.It does say to split up the dosage which I am SO thankful for. While the effects may be grand, the taste is quite strong. I can’t pinpoint the flavor but I could taste even a drop added to around eight ounces of juice. It’s definitely potent!The bottle doesn’t seem like it’s a month long supply if one takes a teaspoon daily unfortunately. It makes it hard to judge the value for the cost. However I do take magnesium daily so I have plenty of time to continue testing this. I do think I have been converted to liquid magnesium rather than the pill form though! I’ll likely buy this again.

This is a review of the Rainbow Light Ionic Magnesium Liquid | 4 Fl Oz | Trace Mineral Complex + Electrolytes | Odorless & Unflavored | Vegan, Non-GMO & Gluten Free Supplement.This product is very simple and understanding what it contains is easy — it is partoally evaporated water from the Great Salt Lake in Utah. It provides a source of salt, potassium, magnesium, and trace minerals found in the lake water. As a supplement, you take as directed mixed in fruit juice or another beverage to mask the taste. It isn’t clear how much of each mineral you would be taking, but this is definitely a salty product, so beware of that.As with most supplement dropper bottles, the dropper does not pull up the full amount it is measured for.This product is very inconvenient to take in that ypu have to mix it with something and sip at it all day in order to choke it down. The taste is really awful. You never know how much you are getting in it, either. I greatly prefer my potassium and magnesium in tiny, sodium-free capsules.This might work for you and be just what you want. I wouldn’t purchase it again or recommend it.

So I’m on a healthy journey and want to try natural substances. Now I have many and this has not been tried yet but I’m hoping for results.Liquid magnesium is easily absorbed and can help with muscle relaxation, nerve function, and regulating calcium balance so I’m hoping for these benefits to be seen. The effectiveness will come when you take it consistently. I do not believe it would taste good but you can mix it with your good and water or juice. You are to take one tablespoon so I would use the dropper to fill one tablespoon and mix it with the item of my choice. Pretty easy to use and it’s consistency is liquid. It does day use throughout the day so whatever I mix it in, would be something I could drink or eat in sections. Ex a natural juice, drink some here or there. Natural applesauce, take a few spoons through the day. It’s only about 15 bucks so it’s a decent value for the money. The bottle is glass and a decent amount that could last about a month if taken consistently.Consistency is the key to see any results.

HooWee, it’s potent! Hand on to your hat
Alrighty, this is some of the best magnesium I’ve tried. It’s super strong so I do use it in a water bottle with flavored water and sip it throughout the day to spread out the dose. It seems to absorb better than other magnesium products I’ve tried and it’s a trusted brand for me personally. I really like that it also contains trace minerals including the electrolyte minerals, that’s what really sets this one above most others. This isn’t one that you want to take a dose of before bedtime, it’s just too potent for that. I have noticed beneficial improvements to cramping, calmness and fogginess since starting this brand. I’m especially happy that it’s a clean product and doesn’t contain junk fillers, flavor enhancers or colorants. It’s not made like candy to satisfy taste buds, it’s made to give you exactly what you need and nothing you don’t. Super uncommon these days. The only change I would suggest is that the bottle be a little larger and contain a full month supply. The 4 oz bottle only has 24 doses so you are only getting about 3 and a half weeks. As for value, that isn’t bad at under $16. If you struggle to get enough magnesium absorbed into your body, I definitely think this clean, vegan, non GMO and gluten free product from Rainbow Light is worth trying.
