Great for non-pregnant/nursing women too!
I have been a pill taker as long as I can remember. I used to take whole bunch of different supplements including vitamin c, b, iron, calcium, magnesium, alpha lipoic acid and so on. But I had to totally renew my supplement collection when I got pregnant, and found this product. Rainbow Light had all the things that I wanted to take and I didn’t have to research on my own what would be okay and what would be harmful to the pregnant body. It was a plus that I only had to take 1 pill per day.I gave birth to my baby several months ago and still keep taking this supplement. It still works wonderful. Nice hair, nice skin, high energy, works for mood swing, PMS and joint pain as well – it just has all the stuff that is needed for 35+ women’s body.

Worth the money
Although it’s a little big, and the outside tastes like hay, I can tell it chalked full of good stuff and I feel great postpartum!

gentle on stomach
I have a lot of trouble with vitamins causing stomach pain and upset, but these don’t trouble me at all. They are very gentle on my stomach and good quality.

Has correct amount of folic acid
Hi, just wanted to say I received the vitamin, and it has the correct, 800mg of folic acid. It is a 1 pill a day vitamin. I took off one star bc In my opinion it has a ridiculous amount of other b vitamins, and it’s clearly coming out when I pee. And/but otherwise I’m happy and it’s a good vitamin.

Quality and everything needed
These seem to be very good quality and must have the extra vitamins and minerals as noted because my nails have become super strong and no longer break. I am trying to conceive and started on these vitamins and am very happy with them. I plan to buy more.

Gives me a lot of energy
Since taking these while breastfeeding, I have felt I am getting my nutrients while still being able to providevitamins for the baby. This vitamin is great for those needing to get natural vitamins in our system and leaving out all the extra preservatives.

Do not buy
They write Folate on the bottle but this supplement include folic acid. If you have an MTHFR mutation you should not be taking these.
