I love this product! It definitely has heighten my immune system since I started taking it almost four months ago. Great for acne, colds and cold sores!
I’ve used this product for many years now for colds, flu, my kid’s acne, cold sores, and shingles. Does what it’s supposed to…and more!
We have been taking this lysine for a few years now! It’s a bit of a horse pill as far as size goes, but it’s great for helping clear up any agitation from stress induced cold sores and is also a lovely mild natural antibiotic! I’ve used it to help clear up mild earaches and toothaches when I can’t get to a doctor right away(as an aside: always consult a healthcare professional before treating yourself, just sayin’).

I’m a believer
I decided to add this to my regimen at about the same time we bought a far infrared sauna, so it’s hard to say if it’s this or that, but I have been much healthier overall since. Not saying that I haven’t felt ill at all,but over the last few years I have only felt like garbage once and I was over it in half the time of my wife……who is not good about taking vitamins, etc
