These Quantum Green Tea Extract came fresh and package sealed. The expiration date is 09/05/26 and clearly printed on side of bottle. Anyone looking at Green Tea Extract has already researched the health benefits of Green Tea. The bottle contains 120 capsules and recommended dosage is 2 a day. This is a two month supply. At .50 daily dose I think that is reasonable for a high quality supplement.I went to their site and gathered the following information on the company and suppliers. Wishing for 3RD PARTY LAB TESTING, but I do like, according to their website…
What I like about the brand Quantum Nutrition Labs claims:According to their website claims;They have several certifications, including being certified by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Dietary Supplement Audit Program, which verifies their manufacturing practices, and holding certifications like Non-GMO Project, OU Kosher, and USDA Organic **for many of their products. Their facility is also certified by NSF.(I accept NSF certifications as a high quality certification).(I typically spend a lot of time diving deeper into confirming certifications & lab testing. I haven’t found the time to do so this past few weeks, until I do, I’ll hold off on consuming). That’s just my preference as I have found over the years, loads of supplement brand claims that turned out not to be inaccurate. Good news is that Amazon is trying to weed out thousands of supplement claims & have introduced very strict, foolproof requirements in order to sell on their website. I’m sure this will take quite some time therefore, I’ll continue to research claims on my own.- I don’t see an unbiased third party lab analysis testing, here’s their statement which seems to imply in-house testing;”All materials are rigorously screened for purity, identification, and contaminants. Clean formula with a smooth, steady feel
I’ve taken this for about three weeks—two capsules in the morning with breakfast—and what I appreciated most was that it didn’t give me that edgy, caffeine-like buzz some green tea extracts have. The EGCG dose is solid, and I noticed a subtle mental sharpness around mid-morning that felt…lighter, not wired.The added kale and prickly pear are interesting touches. Hard to pinpoint their effect, but digestion felt more predictable, especially on days when my meals were less balanced. The capsules themselves are medium-sized and easy to swallow.Only downside: the bottle is enormous for the number of capsules. It looks like it should hold three times as much, which makes storage slightly annoying. Performance-wise, though, it’s a clean, reliable daily supplement.

Off putting smell and taste
I am a big believer in green tea supplementation and I have used it for years. This brand was a good value so I thought I would give it a try. These supplements are plenty effective and help me maintain my energy level. But the smell and taste of the pills is very off putting. Not sure if it is the type of casing they use or what but this has not been my experience with the other green tea supplements I have taken.

Lost about 5lbs over a month
I have been taking these for about a month and a half, without changing my diet at all. I have lost about 5 pounds and that includes my holiday eating. I am 5’7” and 145 (now 140). I don’t know what I was expecting but I am happy with these pills. I don’t feel like they bother my stomach at all, which is great. I don’t actually feel any different and my appetite is the same but my clothes are fitting better and I am happy with these pills results. I would buy again.
