Good B12 boost, but don’t expect miracle breath freshening
These melts are an interesting combo of vitamin and breath mint. On the plus side, they give you a hefty dose of B12 along with some extras like zinc and probiotics. I didn’t notice any stomach upset, which sometimes happens with B vitamins, so that’s a win. The energy side feels steady—no jitters, just a light lift that makes afternoon slumps a little easier.Flavor-wise, it’s minty at first but doesn’t stick around long. If you’re expecting to walk away with “just brushed” breath, this isn’t it. The tablets are also bigger than I expected and take a while to dissolve, which can test your patience if you’re not into sitting with something in your mouth for a few minutes.Overall, I’d say these are solid if you’re looking for a convenient way to get B12 and don’t mind the price tag. As a breath freshener, they’re more of a bonus than a main feature. Took 1 star off for the price.

Freshens my breath and more
I’m not a fan of blueberry flavoring, so these are not what I would normally get. I did like how well these work though and helps to freshen my breath. It gave me more confidence too. They don’t dissolve so quickly and chewing without swallowing helps the dissolve better. Also, they helped me not get dry mouth when public speaking which I was very happy about. For those reasons I recommend these, but I wish they were a better minty flavor.

Couldn’t handle the tasteCouldn’t handle the taste
I know that taste is subjective, but chalky berry/spearmint is not a good flavor to me. It really makes me wonder who thought it was. I think a plain peppermint or maybe just berry might have worked better but the combination of spearmint and berry is worse than I’d imagined. It just seems to accentuate the artificial sweetener as well. This contains both sorbitol and stevia, but not in a delicious way.The melts are quite large-see photo. But the size wouldn’t be a problem if this were more delicious. I had to spit it out because having a mouthful of chalky, artificial sweetener-forward, berry/spearmint was just unpalatable but if you’re up to the challenge of trying that combination, there are some good ingredients here.I like that this company does rigorous in-house testing. I wish they would also do third party testing because it increases the quality and peace of mind for customers when we know its been independently tested to contain what it claims and no toxins.I’m disappointed that I couldn’t take it because this should be great for energy with the ingredients it contains, even if it doesn’t freshen breath.There is a move away from expiration dates so this doesn’t contain an expiration date but does show the date of manufacture as March 2025.

Not Fast MeltingNot Fast Melting
Methylcobalamin is a natural form of vitamin B12 & Ultra Fresh Breath B12 Energy Melts from Purity Products arrived with an outer seal and a pull tab seal under the cap.Three observations about these bigtablets.1st off, besides the vitamin B12, I find other supplement ingredients added which are just too much if you’re looking just for vitamin B122nd, as for the fast melting tablets (which are on the big size), they do NOT melt fast unless you start biting into them.Blue Ice Mint flavor (as described on page) is weak ( hints of blueberry) and it has sorbitol , that after taste 🤢I’ll take these once per day but for B12, not fresh breathNo listing on where this is made, page says it’s made in a FDA inspected GMP facility but not listed on the bottle.A bit pricey

Doesn’t freshen breathDoesn’t freshen breath
I’m not a big fan of mint except with chocolate, and these really don’t freshen your breath….. but they do serve a purpose with the B12 energy. I personally likely wouldn’t buy the mint again. They also make a Berry Lemonade flavor which I personally would probably like much better. If the selling point for this B12 flavor is to freshen breath… then I don’t think it really does the job. There’s no big sustained “Artic” feel…. just the taste of mint, which disappears rather quickly after chewing.Other than that, the company is real, with a real website and the business on a map program shows a big building with their name on it (rather than a personal storage unit on a dirt road, or a personal apartment, like some “companies”). The product and company seem totally legit.The flavor just isn’t my cup of tea. Perhaps if it had been Chocolate Mint…. I might enjoy chewing it. Hence I’m removing some stars. I will have a hard time getting myself to chew these….

Large melts with extra vitaminsLarge melts with extra vitamins
Trusted brand. Good ingredients and formula. Relatively easy to take — especially if you cannot swallow pills. Great add with the digestive assist and the other vitamins. Mild berry flavor (from the berries included?) Love the overall quality. Do not love the size of the melts (large); the minty flavor promised did not materialize except briefly at first; the melt took 5+ minutes to dissolve (be patient!) overall a good formula but I’m not sure if it helped my energy level versus other forms of B12; the value is fine; these are a good choice if you want the additional vitamins and you can take them and you need a melt. I happen to take medication in the morning which would conflict with these melts, so would need to use them in the afternoon/evening, which feels weird for energizing vitamins.
