This seems to be working I’m only a few days in so far, I have cystic acne and combination skin so far it has reduced cysts and brought some pimples to a white head… at first it gave me a headache so I realized I need to drink plenty of water with this I take it once a day with a meal and I try to down at least 3 bottles of water through out the day

I have non-H. pylori ulcers caused by years of ibuprofen use. Short of surgery, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I have read that Zinc Picolinate is the preferred form of zinc to take and the dose should be between 15-30 mg, for an adult, per day. This product meets those guidelines, at a reasonable price.

The product is original, but I received it out of the oven, I have doubts about the stability of the product; it should be carried in a cool place/pack- container, and I received my supplement very hot.

Best chemical form of zinc available. Zinc supplements should never exceed 40mg/day. Too much zinc can be harmful, not helpful.
