This is loose powder so you’ll need to have a measuring spoon handy, but that’s the only real inconvenience. It’s easy enough to drink in water or any beverage of your choice without it tasting awful. For the price and the quality I’d say it’s worth the mild inconvenience. It works just about as well as some of the other brands I have been using in the past.

I’ve heard so much about adaptogens and wanted to give them a try. This seemed like a good intro product to them at a good price. My family just got a new puppy and of course with that comes a lot of interrupted sleep! It really doesn’t dissolve in liquid but it has no taste and doesn’t clump much so it hasn’t bothered me.
