Awesome Product
This is like a Miracle in a bottle I’ve been only using it for maybe a week or so and I can tell a difference in my sleep which is more restful and sound, before black seed oil I would lay awake longer than normal hoping to fall asleep but now when it’s time for bed I can straight to sleep. It also helps with regularity as well. I know it been said that black seed oil is good and many healthful benefits and so far I’m pleased with my results so far.

I liked the price and quality of this black seed oil capsule. I purchased it to help clear the cough and lingering phlegm from a respiratory infection. I took (1) 500mg liquid capsule twice a day for 1 week. It definitely suppressed my cough and reduced the phlegm. I still experienced some shortness of breath. I have asthma. I used my inhaler every 4 hours in conjunction with the black seed oil capsules. The two therapies worked great together. I improved much faster than usual. I didn’t have to take steroids. One unexpected yet pleasant side effect I experienced was a decreased appetite. I will continue to take this supplement for maintenance. I will definitely purchase this product again.

Good for skin and tummy issues
This was my first try of black seed oil and I have to say that I think these have helped me get over a stomach bug a little faster than everyone else in my house (who wasn’t taking the pills). The pills are small, easy to swallow and don’t smell or taste funny. Because of my illness, I opted to take them on a full stomach like the package instructed and didn’t notice any additional tummy issues. It’s only been a little while, but I think I’m noticing some clearer skin. Definitely going to keep taking these.

Every since buying this product I feel 100 percent better and completely different.I sleep better,I don’t feel as much aches and pains and generally I can just tell a difference in my health.After given birth I had a pain in my leg that would not go away in the place where my leg cramped up while I wash pushing.Ever since taking these vitamins the pain has went away tremendously.It’s rare that I feel it.I’m also not as lethargic and weak like I’m in a daze like I was before.I’m a single mom on the go all the time and drained most of the time.It’s helped so much energy wise.I would recommend trying for all your health needs.Also even though this wasn’t an factor for me buying this vitamin I noticed I have slimmed down a lot and lost weight in my waist area.

Poor aftertaste
Product was recommended by several people as was stated that it would be good for my overall health. I haven’t taken it long enough to notice any changes either positive or negatively. However I am noticing that I can taste it for several hours after taking it and the aftertaste is not pleasant. I will finish this bottle and then decide if it is something I want to continue.

I have been taking this product daily for three weeks and I have noticed a difference in my health. I do not have my gallbladder and has helped with stomach discomfort. I have noticed a difference in muscle spasms have not had any. I will be learning more about this product because I want to live a healthier life without prescribed medications. I have notice a slight difference in my glucose (decrease) of course with a change of diet. I have a decrease in aches and pains I was having throughout my body. I take this product to help my immune system. It was recommended by friends because they felt black seed oil helps With so many different health problems and I have several health problems.
