I only take a few supplements, as I would rather get what I can from good foods.Since I don’t like beets, and pomegranate juice can be expensive, and hard to drink enough.This supplement has little to no taste, and is easy to take.I only need to take one capsule about 3 times a week for it to feel effective.Of course what works for me may not be right for others.I would definitely keep these in my supplement line up.

I got these Beet Root + Pomegranate pills because of the benefits of both ingredients.I love that the capsule is vegan because, well, so am I.I went through a beet period, but they are a bit of a pain to deal with. And I’m too lazy to mess with pomegranates, but I love both foods and their nutrients.Primarily, I am an elite athlete and got this as a pre-workout supplement, as beets are known to improve athletic performance and endurance.Unfortunately, I have seen zero change in either one. That is a big disappointment, as I had truly high hopes.Nonetheless, the product is still worth taking if, like me, beets and pomegranates are simply too much work to eat normally.

Beet’s have had their time in the spotlight the last few years due to everyone discovering their health benefits. I have tried on and off since my childhood years in which I was forced to eat my beets. But I am just not a fan of eating this root vegetable. Therefore, capsules are the most convenient option for me. I will eat pomegranates all day long, but unfortunately I don’t not make a pomegranate every day level salary. I take a number of supplements for their potential benefits, but not many of them have results that can really be measured. Beet Root benefits are actually potentially measurable. I am able to check my blood pressure, and I am able to see and track improvements in my numbers. I found this supplement significantly reduced my blood pressure numbers. The better blood flow gives me a feeling of more energy and stamina during the day. The other side effect was that it gives me calm my nervous system and ultimately give me higher quality sleep. I. I’m really happy with these and take in the morning with breakfast. Some people can have negative effects from Beet Root supplementation. Always discuss with your doctor anytime you are adding a new supplement to your daily intake.
