These cleansing pills really work but they can be a little TOO effective depending upon your metabolism. Here’s why…I’ve noticed that the directions on the product page are different than what’s on the actual package. According to the package instructions, on Days 1 through 3, you take one pill at night. Days 4 and 5 you take two a night. Days 6 and 7 you take three pills.Here is the effect they had on me when I followed the package instructions. Days 1-3: I had a full, solid bowel movement the next mornings that left me feeling well. Days 4-5: I often had two large movements, usually about 5-6 hours apart. Days 6-7: It was like drinking a full bottle of milk of magnesia. I had roughly 4-5 movements on those following days. And sometimes I had a movement if I breathed wrong. It was too much.They worked. I did lose roughly 10 pounds after that week whenever I used them. But those high doses near the end of the week left me drained.The best thing to do is keep the dosage to 1 pill a night if you want a good single movement. Maybe up it to 2 pills on the weekend if you know you’re going to stay home. You’ll still lose the weight but at least you won’t be overdoing it.

I bought this for a cleanse since I’ve been gaining weight and my husband been having some bad gut problems and all the reviews said that it made u go and this that and the other we r goin on day 4 and we have taken the pills like the instructions said and yeah day one felt little kick off but other than gas here and there maybe it hasn’t done anything like i was expecting cuz it says morning you’ll be in bathroom for at least 20 minutes to clean out well nothing I’ve had no bm in the last day until time to take another one so now it hit my husband yesterday in the late afternoon and we take it at night with water cuz thats mostly what we drink is water so…. for the time being I DO NOT RECOMENED THIS ONE GET SOMEHITNG THATS REALLY GONNA WORK… I will update at end of week we have 5 more days I will update this when we are done… and I actually will unlike a lot of reviews I read (I just got it in ill update in few days) and they never do…. if it starts working like exspeced I will give more starsI took a start away if i could I’d take all stars… this isnt worth ur money or the time… all it does is cause gas… me and my husband finished the bottle and we did like it said take it at night but the problem is when and if it gave u bowle movements it wasn’t till like noon or later the next day… and it was horrible I do get gas and 90% of the time it doesn’t stink… my husband well he is a man so 90% of his stink no matter what… but this had my gas smelling so bad my animals ran out of room yes… I guess the pill deserves 1 star cuz it was funny to see my husband gag over mine for once lol oh boy it was funny Fowle but funny… so unless u want the gas and ur body definitely not cleaned out go for it but I wouldnt recommend this to any one ever worse money I’ve ever spent…. on Amazon… dont waste your time money or nose function… thank you for reading and may God bless you and have a bless day.

It does work.My suggestions:Don’t ever do pills! LolI did as instructed on the box; 1 pill day 1&2, 2 pills day 3&4 and 3 pills 5&6. I did however not do the 3 pills on day 6 only on day 5 because day 5 when I took 3 as directed, it started to work within 3hrs. I thought I would get sleep before it started. The days prior it allowed me to sleep for 6-8hrs before reacting. Also, the days before taking the pills were smooth. It provided a warning on all days even the day I took 3 pills, so it’s not like you had to run to the restroom. Slight cramping for about a minute, and about 2 bowels each day when waking and maybe another one later, except with the 3 pills. 3 pills caused very uncomfortable cramping 😫 and it lasted about 30mins. Afterwards, I was able to sleep thru the a.m.You will lose 10lbs . I’d recommend. I’ve tried others and couldn’t handle the 1st day and never continued. I highly advise WATER! I did not drink hardly on a couple of days and woke up w/a headache from dehydration.It has 14 pills in the box, so I’m assuming the directions are incorrect and you should take 2 for 7 days…this is ideal anyways.

They arrived on 5/18 and I started the cleanse that night. The first two nights I was gassy but I had multiple movements in the mornings. Im pretty regular but this made it a lot easier to go. I definitely felt lighter and was in a better mood. I also noticed a lot of water weight being released as well. I woke up to pee in the middle of the night for the first couple of nights. I never took more than two capsules because some reviews scared me a little with people saying 3 capsules were too intense. I’ve taken other cleanses in the past that made me question if I wanted to go on living. This is definitely gentle in comparison. I’ve also lost 70 lbs in the last year and a half as well as a eating a high protein/low calorie diet so I would say what you eat makes a difference in how the capsules effect you. I am assuming you may have a less pleasant experience if you have a poor diet while doing the cleanse. I lost 5 lbs during the cleanse. Next time I plan to up it to the 3 capsules on days 5-7. I would definitely recommend.

It does what it says it does but don’t expect miracles. BMs were consistent but not to the point where I needed to be near a bathroom while on it. It tells you to gradually up your dosage, so I did. When I was taking one a day, it made no difference at all. When I took two a day, BMs became more frequent but nothing out of the ordinary. When I took three a day, this is when it became what I thought it’d be on day one. It still took a little to get things going but after an hour or so, I needed a bathroom. I had maybe three BMs within a few hours. It started off solid but then turned to the inevitable mush, then liquid. I did experience cramps but nothing unbearable and it went away as soon as I used the bathroom. I finally stopped taking them (it’s been a week) and I’m not eating as much as I did when I started this. It definitely helps with appetite control. I want to keep going but the bottle says rest after a week so I’m going to. But I’m definitely going to finish this bottle and probably buy another when it’s done.

This is a good product. It started working for me the very next day after taking it. This is my second night using it. I cannot speak on weight loss but it send you to the bathroom. I had very mild cramping. There is nothing uncomfortable. I take two pills instead of three. I will buy this product again.

Works really well. One thing I would advise is staying hydrated. It pulls so much water and waste from your system, it dehydrates you, so compensate with water. Overall a great product!
