Nice supplement at a great price
I realized my B2 intake was only 1.7 mg from a multivitamin and 20 mg from a B-Complex supplement. Since I don’t eat vitamin fortified foods, I thought additional B2 would be a good idea given all the benefits of riboflavin. I’ve been happy with Purely Holistic products so far, and this B2 is being sold at a very good price.

I Love Purely Holistic
I waited to write this review to give myself time enough to see if I would get the results that I was looking for from this product, which was to help lessen the occurrence of stress headaches. Well, thank goodness it did for me. I recently found out that B-2 vitamins can help relieve headaches so I thought that I would give it a try. Even if I didn’t get the specific result that I was looking for, ( which I did) the supplement would still be beneficial, being that reportedly stress depletes B vitamins; so it was a win-win either way. I also am very pleased with the quality of Purely Holistic products, the generous amount that you receive, and I even appreciate the little details such as the way the products are packaged and sealed. I know that my product is securely sealed but I don’t have to dig out my tool box to open it, thanks to the preferation & pull tabs on the seals. Great Company, great products.

Less tired. No smell.
After reading the benefits of B2, thought this would be an easy add to my routine. I have noticed being more energetic and productive on the days that I take it. Haven’t noticed any improvement in my skin yet, but it has only been a few weeks of on and off supplementation.Also love that, unlike most other B vitamin supplements I’ve taken, this one doesn’t have that stinky smell. Also, easy to swallow.
