Wonderful Supplement
This supplant is wonderful. I can tell when I take it and when I don’t. It helps boost my energy level and I almost feel great for a couple hours – which is good for me. I may need to take it twice a day if that isn’t a problem. I feel like it isn’t quite enough to last through the day.

Good blend for overall health
The important things about this supplement is the combination of calcium, magnesium, vitamin C & D. There are other trace minerals and the label matches the manufacturer description. The recommended dosage are three per day, but I have found if you have a good diet, maybe two will boost your body’s requirements.I agree these minerals can all be harsh on your system. This is true of all harsh minerals such as these. I try to take with food, in the morning, and seems to help.These supplements are made in USA so I feel more confident in their label. The price is reasonable for multiple minerals combined in one large tablet.

Large pills, but good price!Large pills, but good price!
These calcium and magnesium pills come in a plastic bottle that is protection sealed. A daily serving is 3 pills. They’re quite large and heavy, so if you aren’t good at taking pills, these probably wouldn’t work for you.Originally, I liked that this combined calcium and magnesium into one, so you aren’t taking multiple supplements. However, after getting this product I heard that you aren’t actually supposed to take calcium and magnesium together. I read that it could cause gastrointestinal symptoms and taken separately, they might absorb better into your body. However, everyone’s body is different and so far I haven’t had any stomach issues. The bottle comes with a 2 month (60 day) supply, which is pretty reasonable for the price and for combining two supplements into one! Also, the pills don’t have any weird after taste.

If you’re looking for a high-potency, Calcium, Magnesium, and vitamin supplement, this isn’t it. The product description photos do not show the amount of mg per serving for the ingredients in these pills. The product I received does have the completed Supplement Facts label, and each ingredient has very low values. I uploaded a label pic so anyone interested in this supplement can see what I’m talking about. Overall, it has a nice complex of vitamins and minerals, but it’s just not enough. Plus, you have to take 3 pills per serving. Personally, I’d rather take three high-potency, Magnesium, Calcium, and Vitamin C, pills instead.
