Great multi vitamin for men
The best multivitamin I have ever taken and that’s saying a lot. I can’t say enough about this multivitamin. I have always had issues with multivitamins giving me stomach problems and instant diarrhea. These not only have not given me any stomach issues they really work! They are a bit pricey, however, if you have problems with absorption, you owe it to yourself to try these. I take 2/day and I noticed a difference in my energy level and mental fatigue in less than 2 days. I have recommended this multivitamin and also The Synergy company to several people, so far. Everything that I have gotten from them has met and surpassed my expectations! I will be ordering more when needed and will be taking these indefinitely.

The Real Deal
These are whole food based vitamins; much better than synthetic vitamins. While the total amount of each vitamin on the label may be less than some of the top synthetic multis, more of this gets absorbed into your body rather than simply passing through. With Pure Synergy Vita-min-herb for men I feel better, sleep better, and know that each tablet is like a small healthy meal in and of itself. I take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening. Yes they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I think they are worth it! You will too!

These are my favorite vitamins, before I knew about nootropics I was taking these, and all of a sudden I realized I was remembering numbers and names with ease. I recently started buying the vitality for men vitamins, and the balance for women when they were on sale (once we got in our 40s) but personally, these vitamins are so amazing and so pure that I only need to take one a day. To me the only big difference is that these do not have Maca and don’t have methylated B vitamins… but with all the rest of the herbs it does have, I can just take those two supplements separately.

Worth the Price!
This supplement is wonderful and I so appreciate it. My husband feels more energy and it boosts his testosterone/libido after not even half a jar taken. The ingredients are pure and clean and potent . You can’t go wrong with Pure Synergy brand. Expensive yes, but good quality and effective as well. If you’re struggling with fatty liver , low metabolism, and hormones out of sync , try these and you won’t be disappointed (as well as extra ashwaghanda I’ve found, DIM to flush excess estrogen and milk thistle at 80% extraction for liver health.
