The Truly Purest of I’ve found on Amazon!
I looked at many different wheatgrass powder products on several different sites (Amazon, Puritan’s Pride, Hi Health) and I found this product to be the purest out there. What do I mean by this? This product is non-GMO, organic, gluten free and heck, it’s even kosher! As far as non GMO, believe it or not, I found out that there are products advertised as “Organic” and ARE GMO produced products! I also did some research and now know that the number “8” in the first position of a 5 digit PLU code actually means a product is genetically modified! It is important to note that the fact that an 8 implies GMO does not logically mean that the absence of an 8 implies non-GMO since labeling and disclosure at this time is completely voluntary. But, knowing this helped me avoid another item marketed as “Organic” when in fact, the PLU code displayed indicated it truly was not!The taste is good. People, it’s not chocolate. It’s wheatgrass! As with any sort of powder that you mix with liquid, make sure to mix it well to avoid clumps. I take it as a shot and use the minimum amount of water the label suggests (2oz).

But my dad, who has liver issues suggested this to me and boy does it work. He’s had dark blotchy spots on his skin, terrible rashes & tons of toxins in his body. I went off to college, came home during the summer and he looked like a totally different healthy, active person. I was skeptical @ 1st but seeing my dad’s health do a TOTAL 180 was all I needed to see.I was new to Wheat Grass and couldn’t find a full review from someone in my age bracket. It wasn’t until I started using it myself (for a month or so) did I start writing my review.•Wheatgrass should be consumed on an empty stomach – not with a meal, though I mix my wheatgrass with Simply Orange in my blender bottle as I dash out the door to work. As soon as I feel tired (which takes a while but is a totally natural non crashing feeling) I fall right to sleep. We both wake up feeling refreshed and rechargedNo more colds. My bf has the immune system of a small child and could always catch colds and have a runny nose. No more nasal drips and best of all no more cold for usClearer skin and mind too. I’m sure it’s just from all of the toxins leaving my body but I love this feeling.There are probably more health benefits than that but this is all based off of my own personal experience and a LOT of research. I received this product promptly within an order of other prime items. The glass jar is great and I’ll be able to use it for other stuff after this is empty. The packaging was great with no risk of in transit damage (even though it wasn’t the only glass jar item that was shipped in the order). I’ve had two servings so far and I think I’m going to really like it. It is too soon to tell as to the benefits to my health.I had read the reviews on various wheat grass products before deciding to purchase this particular one. I am a wheat grass rookie so I had to go by other reviewers (& a little gut instinct) when deciding which brand to purchase. I think I made the right decision. The color is deep dark green and the consistency is very fine (which I like). I chose to mix it straight with just water to really experience the whole wheat grass thing, and I honestly thought it tasted fine. However, I’m not one to spoil my taste buds. If something is good for me, whether my taste buds like it is irrelevant.But seriously, its bad at all. Compared to the plethora of nasty shots (alcohol) I tossed back in my much younger days, this wheat grass is total cake. Seriously, its not bad & if you must mix it; you can. Don’t let some of the reviewers scare you into buying a weaker, less “true” product. After all, you want the health benefits, don’t you?

Healthful, but Tastes Bad and Clumps
This definitely needs to be mixed with another product to make it palatable. Although I will never buy this product again, I give it four stars. This was my first experience with wheat grass. Based on the information on the Synergy Company’s website about how they make this product and other information online about the health benefits of wheat grass juice, I have no doubt that this is a high quality product that would have a positive impact on one’s health. However, there are too many drawbacks for me to re-purchase. #1. Even as a shot, this stuff tastes absolutely terrible to the point that I had to add a lot of liquid stevia in order to choke it down, and even that was really difficult (and I’m not usually a pansy when it comes to taking shots). I’m sure this is not the fault of the Synergy Company. I’m sure all pure wheat grass tastes this horrible unless mixed with something to mask it. #2. Maybe if you used the powder up really quickly, it would not be a problem, but I found that it clumped up really badly after a few months in my cupboard even though it came with moisture absorbing packets (and I added a couple packets of my own from other products I had used up). Clumps of powder taste even more horrible than dissolved powder. I urge the Synergy Company to find a way to fix this clumping problem. After buying this, I bought a couple jars of Dr. Axe Green Superfood Powder, which I’ve discovered tastes really good alone or when mixed in a blueberry smoothie. So I mixed the rest of my Pure Synergy wheat grass powder with my Dr. Axe powder, using a fork to break up the clumps, and I’m happily using it all up. I’m not trying to convince anyone to buy Dr. Axe products. I’m just discussing the two green powder products that I’ve tried so far.

Horrible taste, but maybe that is what its supposed to be. I can take it better as a shot than adding to smoothies or other drinks that take a while to drink. Does give lasting energy and I know its good for me. Would like it more if it had a flavor as others I’ve seen.

Excellent product, great taste!
I’ve tried a few other products, but this one is outstanding…definitely the best ! Other brands I’ve tried were gritty, and the grit/grains would cause me to cough. This one is smooth, tastes/smells great, and is easy to swallow without any grit. Update after using this product for a month: When I tried other brands, there were no health improvements at all. Energy didn’t improve and neither did digestion. This brand is amazing! There was a boost in energy after the first serving. After the second serving digestion began improving. It also lowered my blood pressure so that I no longer need my blood pressure medicine. My husband is in his 60s and athletic but suffered from low energy after workouts and sports. This wheat grass juice powder has restored his energy! I highly recommend this product!

I’m in Canada so, normally, don’t have to buy this stuff on the US site, but, for some reason, this product has disappeared off the Canadian Amazon (why???).Running out of my stash, I bought two bottles, so it should last a while.Well, I’m in my 60s, so whatever I can find in a natural products that will give me an energy boost, I am for it. I’ve started drinking this particular brand of wheatgrass some two years ago, and my energy levels have dramatically improved, and stayed that way.On the days I don’t have my “lawn juice” first thing in the morning, believe me, I can feel a huge difference, and not only energy-wise but also mental clarity, motivation (work), and my overall mood.But, as the other reviewer stated, wheatgrass works best on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. I still have my coffee through.Recently, my coworkers started asking me how is it possible that I’m getting “better looking” despite the passage of time. I’m not sure but, besides a youthful attitude, I believe it’s the wheatgrass!One thing for sure, my face definitely does not 60+, and my skin is baby-smooth, and my hair is strong and shiny.I do take other supplements on a daily basis, but I think it’s the goodness of wheatgrass added to the mix that makes this huge difference in my overall wellbeing.BTW, I used to despise the taste of this stuff but now I’m so used to it, it doesn’t bother me at all.
