I won’t get these again
I’m not very happy with these. I’ve used another brand of shilajit gummies before and felt a noticeable effect, but I haven’t experienced anything similar with this one. The taste is good and the gummy texture is solid, so no complaints there, but the actual results just aren’t there for me. They may work differently for others, but personally these didn’t do what I was hoping.

No issues with the taste and the ingredients list is good. They are gummies, but chewing and digesting weren’t too bad. Where I had an issue is with the packaging. Either it got too warm or they pack them too tight, but they were hard to remove from the container. Otherwise, no issues with the product.

Not sold on these. I have used several different brands of shilajit and I won’t be purchasing these again.The gummy is solid, a little hard and sticks to my teeth. Tastes good, with no nasty aftertaste.I maintained my energy levels when switching to this one to try so they seem to be effective, I did however have to double the dose to maintain the same intake. Because of that I don’t find this to be a good value supplement.
