Taking two caplets vs just making it so you would only need to take one would have been a solid five stars. The listed ingredients are beet root, magnesium, Hawthorne berries, from what I read contain compounds that help lower blood pressure so they should be checked out by you before making any decisions on this supplement. Solid, Good Beet Supplement If You Are Looking For One

These are very solid beet supplements for your health where taking 2 capsules is supposed to be the equivalent of drinking some of the beet drink or gummies. I don’t like the drinks so these capsules made taking it a lot easier.The bottle is safety sealed and the cap is completely protected from tampering upon arrival. It does include some cotton for protecting from moisture and safety sealed.The pills themselves are smaller red and grey flecked powder filled capsules about the size of thumb drive cap. They have a slight beet like odor upon opening the bottle but it is not offensive. Taking the pills leaves no taste nor does it have any immediate after taste. They can easily be taken with any beverage but i usually take all them with water. There does tend to be a little bit of almost a longer term aftertaste after an hour or so of taking them like you had eaten some beets but this is to be expected.So since I have only been taking these for about a week, I cannot tell you what the long term results are of these. These capsules replaced the beet supplement I was mixing as a drink and what I can say is at this point I notice no change going from the drink supplement to the capsules other than ease of taking it. If there are any other further updates regarding these, I will update later down the road. Right now I would recommend these capsules.
