I don’t think this product is safe after reading medical recos which state that D3 consumption > 50 mcg which is 2000 IU should be monitored.Even if you break 1 tablet in half you would still be consuming 300mcg which is = 12000 IU.Studies show too much D3 can have serious adverse health affects and including weakening your bones.

I like the ingredients in this calcium supplement. The only thing I wish it also had is zinc. It has a generous amount of vitamin d in it. It’s not too hard to swallow, like some calcium pills can be. The value for money is decent, considering this is a two month supply. Overall I’m pretty happy with it.
