These Pure Natural Herbs Valerian Complex are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. The capsules have 1000mg of Valerian Root and 200mg of Valerian Root Powder. Valerian Root Supplement
This is an inexpensive Valerian root supplement. I am uncertain about the quality assurance. It says that it is “sourced from a GMP certified facility”. It also says it is made in an “FDA registered facility”. I don’t know what either of these statements mean. Either it is GMP certified or not. In the Amazon description it says it is “3rd party tested”. It doesn’t say that on the bottle. These oddities leave me quite uneasy about a product from an unknown supplier, hence the neutral rating.

Better sleep
I tried this Pure Naturals Valerian Complex for better sleep. I’ve only had to take one capsule, and it’s too soon to say with 100% certainty that it’s working, but I’m getting better sleep, and I haven’t noticed any adverse side effects after taking these. At $9.99 for a 90-day supply, with the sleep I have been getting, this is well worth the price.

Very good supplement
I take valerian as a sleep aid. This supplement is quite good. It’s 100% valerian with seemingly no other ingredients others than the capsules, and it has that earthy, distinct smell that is associated with good quality valerian. Overall, I am pretty pleased with this. I would purchase more of this in the future.

Super easy to read an i cannswallow it with ease
So valarian root has a bit of a smell but thats easy to get used to. Super easy to swallow. The label is nicely made an easy to read. Love the green colors on the bottle. The quantity is crazy like alot more then a 30 day supply. Always talk with your dr or physician before taking supplements. Always do research of what you take!!
