    WORKS GREAT!

    Started taking this about 5 days ago for hot flashes and I have to say I saw an immediate imporvement! I am so happy! I would usually have many hot flashes through the night and be awake most of the night but since taking this I have only had maybe one hot flash during the night and my sleep has improved very well. I love that this is a natural brand with tons a of other additive ingredients. I know everyone is not the same and it might not work for everyone which is the nature of taking supplements but I am sure glad I gave it a try!.

    GOODBYE HOT FLASHES!

    EFFECTIVE FROM THE FIRST PILL. By the third day I was taking the Black Cohosh capsules (one in the morning, one at night), the hot flashes were gone! It was suggested to me by my OBGYN. I had previously tried pine bark: Zero effects (it did not hurt, but it did not do a single thing). The Cohosh took care of the issue completely. Fantastic! I’ll recommend it to all my girl friends.
