Nice price for a pure supplement
I am diabetic and my doctor suggested I add an iron supplement to my diet. When I was researching, I found that Shilajit was a good supplement and, additionally, it has been known to decrease glucose levels. I ordered the Goodlife Pick capsules because they are 100% pure Himalayan Shilajit.The bottle contains 90 capsules, which is a 45 day supply. The capsules are easy to swallow and are cellulose, which is why the directions state to take with warm water or milk for easily dissolving them. When I opened the bottle, there was a slight smell but I couldn’t quite place it. It isn’t a strong or unpleasant smell though.Overall, I am happy with the Goodlife Pick capsules. They are easy to swallow, pure Himalayan shilajit with no artificial ingredients added. I think that the $20 price tag is well worth it when you are getting pure supplements and a 45 day supply at that.

I choose to avoid unprocessed shilajit resins. They have a high potential for impurities. This supplement shows me everything I am looking for. Processed in India near the source. I would take it with confidence.I will provide any known benefits and side-effects I experience from each supplement I take personally; however, effects are often unapparent for many months – if at all. For this reason, I choose to place more emphasis on product safety in my reviews and will point out weaknesses. Label Claim of 10000 MG Is Inaccurate➖Dose of 2 Capsules A Day Questionable
This arrived from the vendor in a branded box with a best by date (Nov, 2025) clearly stamped on the box.Inside the bottle top was tamper evident sealed. Inside, the bottle top was also well sealed. There was a moisture absorber packet inside the bottle with the capsules.A manual count found exactly 90 capsules, as claimed. No powder or damaged capsules was found, all was in excellent condition.The front bottle label amusingly says 10,000 MG — but the back label shows the correct 1000 MG per capsule. They recommend 2 capsules a day, a bit peculiar where other manufacturers recommend 1000 MG a day. I will stay with 1000 MG as that is more than enough for us here from our experience.We switched to this capsule from another brand, using our normal 1000 MG daily limit. This capsule performed similar to other like kind products & we did not notice any side effects.

According to the label, this product is sourced from the peaks of the Himalayas (box states this is a product of India), “extracted traditionally,” with “gold standard purity.” Box is also stamped with GMP certified, ISO22000, lab tested, non-GMO. Bottle indicates product is all natural and is free of gluten, rice powder, filler, preservative, hormone, stearate, dairy, soy, sugar, and corn.Each two capsule serving delivers 1000 mg (10:1) of shilajit extract. This particular product boasts 85+ trace minerals, and is rich in fulvic, humic, and amino acids. Distribution company is based in Albany, NY. Bottle was plastic wrapped/sealed around the cap, as well as safety sealed under cap. Inspection yielded no off ofor, scent, or appearance. Capsules seemed uniform and intact. I found these easy to swallow and experienced no adverse digestive issues or allergic reactions. This appears to be a good quality product. Will update this review should I experience any discernible effects, whether positive or negative.

Here’s why:Shilajit is extremely beneficial to your health, and this is the way to take it. By that I’m referring to capsules, as opposed to the tarry, sticky and incredibly messy type. Don’t misunderstand, I love the tarry stuff, and I even like the taste, but every time I take it I end up sticky, and it leaves tacky residue wherever I keep it.By comparison the capsules are neat, clean, and fast. No mess, anywhere.The fact that two of these gives you 1,000mg of the product is impressive, as well. Add to that that this bottle is a 45 day supply (recommended dosage is two per day) and you see where I’m coming from here.This is a very good product, and I believe a solid value.
