Fewer Capsules Needed
Based on the label comparison, the Bio Sense brand contains 800mg of Green Coffee Bean Extract per capsule. Two other brands I purchased to compare contain only 200 mg per capsule/soft-gel. All were just about the same price. I ordered the Bio Sense on Amazon and set up a subscription so there were some additional discounts available. I take a prescription for shift-work disorder (if you’re not familiar, shift work disorder forces you to sleep at random times because your days and nights have been mixed up for an extended period of time) With the Bio Sense I have been alot less reliant on the prescription there are no caffeine or stimulant effects that I have noticed–not jittery, etc. I have used this product for about 2 months and have noticed less effort is required to lose weight over time. I don’t make time to exercise so for me to be able to notice a few pounds over two months with no effort is pretty good. I am expecting the effects to improve as a good rule of thumb a few people have told me about supplements of any type is to allow a month for each decade you have been alive in order to realize the full benefits. For other supplements I use, this has held true.I will continue to purchase this brand.

Helps my sleep; Zaps my sugar cravings
With this Green Coffee Bean Extract supplement (which I combine with CLA), I noticed my energy levels shift. I began sleeping better after about a week of taking them (as directed). Sleep became non-existent for me, for years now; not so much insomnia, but I was just unable to ever get sleepy. I think that may be attributed to anxiety… which I’ve noticed has subsided as well (but I don’t know if that’s due to the Green Coffee Bean Extract directly, or the better sleep that the GCBE is aiding in).Due to better sleep, I’m having better flowing energy throughout my day.So hooray to Green Coffee Bean Extract for that!Also, I’ve noticed my sugar cravings are zapped, which is HUGE for me because I’ve always had a sweet tooth. Recommended by Dr. Steven Gundry, pleased with the energy and appetite control it gives me
I began taking this product on the recommendation of Dr. Steven Gundry. Dr Gundry said that this ione of four foods/product that he would consume if he had to make a choice on four foods to sustain him the rest of his life. He actually recommend the whole coffee fruit, but his is not available fresh in the US, so he said the Green Coffee Bean Extract would be a good substitute. I have recently ordered my second bottle of this product. I have continued to have good energy at my age of 78 years. I play tennis two to four times, depending on weather. I also ride my road bicycle regularly for exercise and recreation. Coupling proper nuitrition, sleep, and exercise is a recipe for sustain health. I can not say specifically that this product is effecting my life in some positive way, since I take other nutirients along side. Last week, I was in San Francisco with family members, walking the streets of that great city. My step count amounted to about 8-9 miles of walking, with no fatigue.

Noticeable Change in Appetite
First off, I don’t write reviews for free product. I rely heavily on these when making my own decisions on what to buy and absolutely HATE the paid-for-free-gifts reviews that have absolutely ruined the online shopping experience. I did receive a card for a Free Product for a review in the mail, but you’ll see that I review most products I buy regardless.Now – as for this product. I was honestly shocked that it helped suppress my appetite. Working from home, I’ve developed a big “snack” habit and find myself constantly going from my home office to my kitchen. Not the most ideal of situations. I take this in the morning now with my coffee – and sometimes pair it with the Garcinia Cambogia – and it does help me reduce that. Without it, I get up around 7AM and eat breakfast around 10AM. Since taking it, I’m still up around 7AM but don’t feel like I HAVE to eat breakfast until 12:00/1:00. Which lets me skip breakfast for the most part, and does help me keep up with the intermittent fasting.Overall, I think products like this work for some people and not so much for others. I don’t believe stuff like this is a one-size-fits-all for every human on earth. All that said, however, it works for me and I’ll continue to use it.

Good energy levels, less driving anxiety
I started taking this vitamin because I was feeling tired. I just turned 40 and started experiencing mild perimenopause symptoms. I was feeling very tired, I take other vitamins that were helping me but I still needed more. The green Coffee extract gave me that boost that I was missing. I only take one pill a day instead of two, and that’s enough for me. If I take two I do not deep sleep.I noticed that after taking this supplement, my driving anxiety decreased a lot. I was always a confident driver but in the past two years I started experiencing driving anxiety to the point that just the thought of driving on the freeway will make me dizzy. It’s a great feeling to drive on the freeway without having intrusive thoughts every second, to me this is a plus and worth trying if you are experiencing anxiety. I have tried other supplements for anxiety that did help me but not when it came to driving on the freeway.I was hoping it helped me with weightloss but I didn’t see much help in that aspect although I haven’t gained weight.I am very happy with this product and will continue to buy!

AMAZING results that happen gently!
These capsules really work, and the resilts will creep up on you without you even realizing it’s working at first!!I think I was expecting the harsher side effects I’d experienced with other green coffee bean supplements. Those would work, but also give me pain in my stomach, diarrhea, and a jittery nervousness all day most times. This product however had a more positive, gentle effect on my body while still working.For days at first I didn’t feel any jarring noticeable changes in my body, so thought it wasn’t working.
