    This is my favorite brand of supplement due to the hypoallergenic formula. I am someone who tends to react to everything and these vitamins cause no problems for me which is why I continue to purchase them even though they can be pricey.

    This is the only d3 supplement that makes my vitamin D levels go up. It has to be the way my body absorbs supplements.     We have tried other forms vitamin D. This one was recommended by Dr. Rhonda Patrick. We switched products to see if we noticed a difference. This form is much easier for the body to absorb. We have noticed such an improvement especially in the winter months. We are not able to get outdoors as much to enjoy the sun.
