    May 5, 2016I absolutely can’t do without it! And since the same thing that causes varicose veins, also causes prolapsed bladder, I’ve increased it lately. I had cut back to taking one capsule twice a day. Right now I’m taking one capsule 3 to 4 times a day.My cardiologist also told me several years ago, “You’re treating your heart naturally with this (product).” Wow! Yes I can tell a difference!July 4, 2018Definitely taking a capsule 3-4 times a day! 😊March 15, 2022 Still taking this product, four capsules a day! Just can’t do without it! (And I no longer see a cardiologist😉)
