    Need a better way to keep cold

    Poor packaging. Freezer pack was included that was warm and pills were warm. Don’t know if they will even work now not being cold. Disappointed

    Edit- got worse – :I’ve bought this from all THREE sellers.Initially, I bought rt from Pure Encapsulated’s Amazon store.Arrived ruined. Warmer than outside, even though it was quickly retrieved. They say it’s fine for so many days, etc, then it’s shipped hot, & all the numbers of what is fine go out the window if you want to return, anything. They say no refund, no return & keep saying to take it, it should be fine. No. It’s not fine. They sell a shelf-stable one. If that is needed or preferred, we can buy that one.I paid plenty.Esp considering I had to “buy” it THREE -3- times!I still never got a usable product.& it showed as 3 diff sellers, one twice this price, the other 3 times this price!!I paid it, no refund, no contact, just sent it, I tried to contact, they won’t help, they keep saying it’s fine & when they know it’s actually been way too long, they just say it’s what the company tells them.Arrived HOT!!Not only cooler, not outside temp, hot! But it’s cold where I live. ??It must be refrigerated. It matters. One HOUR left out, & it’s ruined. Anything to exceed 30 minutes.That is how specific it must be. My local pharmacy from before I moved l, they were ppl rt trees$50 a pop!Now I have to buy it again, bc my health problems require it immed. AWe rec it, opened immediately.I’m updating this, as I have now been in direct contact with the company iServe, who is shipping this. They have 2 other company names, it’s the 2 other sellers on Amazon. They will not refund, very rude actually.     Trust Pure Brand-good for people with gallbladder removal

    This product has been a positive addition to my supplements. I had my gallbladder removed and this product has the Enzymes and the Bio salts needed to help digestion because without a gallbladder you no longer store bile needed for digesting fats and absorbing fat soluble vitamins.
