This is certified gluten-free and completely free of GMOs and unnecessary fillers or artificial additives.A few things to consider:The recommended dosage is 3 capsules daily, between meals. Because some ingredients (like chlorella and alpha lipoic acid) can occasionally cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals, I thought it might be a good idea for me to start with 1 or 2 capsules daily to see how my body adjusted. While I’m not normally sensitive, I hate being nauseous, so as a precaution, I started the first three days with 1 capsule, worked up to 2 capsules a day for three days, and then the suggested 3 capsules a day.Overall, I’m impressed with HM Complex. It’s a fantastic, premium supplement for anyone looking to proactively support their body’s natural cellular and environmental detoxification processes. Highly recommended!

So far it has been effective and met my expectations. There are some side effects, such as fatigue when taking a detox supplement, but the symptoms eventually will subside. I burned through this pretty quick, which is to say that it worked and I could feel it. Great blend, really helped my process. A little pricey, but actually a good deal for what’s in it. I recommend it for maintaining energy levels during any kind of cleanse program.

I am already a loyal Pure Encapsulations consumer. This brand was highly recommended by my naturopath and offers a variety of products for various needs.While initially, the price seems a little steep, if you are taking any of the ingredients separately, you will exceed what you would be paying for this one product. Between the clean label and trustworthiness of the brand, I expect good things from this product.This bottle contains a one-month supply of easy to swallow, reasonably sized capsules. There is no odor or flavor, and I have experienced no side effects. The ingredients are proven effective for the purpose of the product, however, keep in mind that every body is different and every symptom is not for the same reason. Know what you are taking and why and make sure you understand how it interacts with other supplements or medications.

Unique blend of supplements to help detox
I purchase and regularly use supplements from Pure Encapsulations due to their reputation and quality ingredients. This HM liver and detox complex supplement contains a unique blend of Zinc, Selenium, Sodium, Potassium, modified citrus pectin (proprietary blend), Chlorella, Broccoli sprout concentrate, NAC, L-methionine, and ALA all encased in a vegetarian capsule. Each capsule is 0.905 inches long. The serving size is 3 capsules, so 90 capsules give a 30-day supply. These supplements are supposed to be taken between meals and are fairly easy to swallow.I love how these supplements are gluten-free, soy free, and dairy free, and have no GMOs. These supplements also don’t contain any artificial colors, flavors & sweeteners, and no unnecessary binders, fillers, preservatives, or toxic coating. The clean ingredients are the primary reason why I consistently choose this brand.This supplement claims to support the liver and assist with detoxification. The description says it supports body’s natural detoxification process, provides antioxidant support, and enhances glutathione production and concentration. I can’t say that I have seen any positive or negative results (or side effects) after taking this supplement for over two weeks. But, like most supplements, it could take months to see noticeable results.The current price of $55 seems expensive for a 30-day supply. But I have purchased at least 6 of the ingredients as single supplements in the past. So, purchasing a combination of these supplements in the HM Complex actually seems to be a good value. Overall, I’m happy with the purity of these supplements. I hope to include this one as part of my daily health routine.

The capsules are easy to take, the ingredient quality appears high, and the label is transparent about what’s included.That said, at around $55 per bottle, I expected a more robust formula. Looking at the Supplement Facts, several of the featured ingredients are present in amounts that seem modest relative to what is commonly found in standalone products. For example, NAC (300 mg), alpha lipoic acid (100 mg), broccoli sprout concentrate (250 mg), and chlorella (300 mg) are all included, but none stand out as particularly generous servings.I do appreciate the variety of ingredients and the thoughtful combination of nutrients and plant compounds. It’s a convenient all-in-one approach for those who prefer not to take multiple separate supplements.Ultimately, this feels like a high-quality product with a premium price tag, but the value proposition didn’t quite work for me. The ingredients are well chosen, but I would have preferred either higher amounts of the key components or a lower price point. For that reason, I’m giving it 3 stars.
