LOVE THESE SUPPLEMENTS!!!!!! I tried everything to stop my hair from falling out and NOTHING worked. I was literally losing hair in huge clumps. I decided to try these since I love the Pure Encapsulation brand and I will NEVER stop taking them. They are the only thing that has saved my hair!!!! Now I only have a few hairs that I lose if that! I’m ordering my fourth bottle of Pure Hair, Skin, Nails supplement, so I’ve been taking it for 6 months so far. You have to give it time, but I’m pretty positive it’s made quite a difference in my hair growth. Context, and what else I do- I’m 56, w/grey strands here & there, peri-menopausal, and my hair loss was getting to be too much. I use Humby organics Blueberry Fields shampoo & conditioner bars which at first helped w/less hair loss but then I think stopped making as much difference w/hair loss. I still use that, since as long as I leave in the conditioner for 10min before rinsing it leaves my hair super soft. I also take creatine daily. Now in the last few months my hair looks much more full, which I attribute largely to this Pure Hair, Skin, Nails supplement since that’s the only thing I do that’s new, other than rosemary tea now and then. A while back I used to take collagen daily & that helped a little, but I never saw the amount of good results as I do with this supplement. Sometimes I spray rosemary tea on my hair, mostly on the frizzy parts. I keep a dark glass bottle of it in the fridge, which I change out periodically so it’s fresh.

I recently traveled and my hair was falling out like crazy because of the hard water 💦 when taking a shower in a different country and I was in need of a miracle so I purchased this and my problem was solved . My hair is now more thicker . My nails are more thicker than before and my skin did improve. I will definitely buy more. The price is worth the quality of the pills since is very effective and easy to take .

These pills helped improve my self confidence so much!I started taking this when my hair began thinning and shedding more than normal, which for me seemed hormonal (likely menopause-related). I had already tried multiple supplements, including biotin on its own, and didn’t see much of a difference.This one is expensive, so I almost didn’t try it. But it ended up being one of the only thing that actually worked.At around 2 months, I noticed the shedding slow down. Then my hair started to look fuller, healthier, and shinier, and it feels stronger when brushing and styling. Now, my hair is great again!I’ve included before and after photos (similar lighting) so you can see the difference in fullness and texture yourself. The after photos are 10 months later and some great haircuts. In the first photo is when I realized just how bad my hair loss had gotten.I’ve now repurchased this 10 times, which honestly says more than anything else I could write.My nails have improved too, but the biggest change for me has been my hair.Bottom line:If you’re dealing with hormonal thinning or excessive shedding and basic supplements haven’t helped, this is worth considering. It’s not cheap for sure but in my experience, it actually made a visible difference. Just as an FYI – I had no digestive issues at all from these and they are very easy to slip into my daily routine. I take two tablets every night before bed.
