Pure Encapsulations is great. The supplements are made in the USA and are quality tested, which are two things I appreciate. You get your supplement without a bunch of added junk fillers. All this has is the grade seed extract, the cellulose pill capsule, and ascorbyl palmitate.At first I thought this seemed really pricey, but there’s 120 capsules in here, so if you consider this is a 4 month supply taking one a day, it’s very reasonably priced, especially for the quality you get.I don’t notice any different taking this supplement to be able to day it definitely helps or not, but grape seed contains proanthocyanidin, which is known to be a powerful antioxidant.My blood pressure is already normal, but I have also heard it can help lower blood pressure.Great antioxidant to add to your supplement stack.

There’s no more incentive to give a 5 star review than there is to leave 1 star, and I’m typically pretty harsh/picky with my reviews! ✳️I had HUGE doubts about this because $148 for grape seed extract sounded kind of insane to me 😂 especially when there are other grape seed supplements on Amazon for a fraction of the price.But this has also ended up being one of the only supplements where I have noticed a very clearest difference.▪️the dose is 500 mg of grape seed extract per capsule, standardized to 92 to 95 percent polyphenols. That’s a BIG dose compared with a lot of grape seed supplements, so I worked my way up slowly.I opened the capsule and started with about half mixed into water. Plain water was absolutely horrible lol. Super bitter and tart. Half water + half grape juice though?? Weirdly delicious 😂 The grape juice balances the tartness and it honestly tastes like some kind of fine wine.After around 2 weeks is when I really started noticing changes.My heart feels sooo much more stable. I stopped getting those random thumps and skipped beat sensations, I’m not getting dizzy when I stand up anymore, and I can go from sitting to standing without that tippy feeling I used to get. My whole autonomic nervous system just feels calmer and more regulated.Obviously everyone is going to respond differently, but the difference for me has been huuuge. More than anything else I have tried over the last 5 years I’ve been sick.▪️I couldn’t believe the change so I researched what the science wasGrape seeds are loaded with oligomeric proanthocyanidins, flavonoids and other polyphenols that support vascular endothelial function, nitric oxide signaling, blood flow, antioxidant protection and the integrity of collagen and elastin in blood vessels.Human research has also found grape seed extract can lower diastolic blood pressure and heart rate, and some trials have found improvements in vascular function. That lines up REALLY well with the results I was seeing for circulation and autonomic support▪️I also love how clean the ingredient list is.It’s just 500 mg Vitis vinifera seed extract, cellulose capsule and ascorbyl palmitate.No artificial colors, flavors, weird fillers, unnecessary herbs or giant proprietary blend.▪️Pure Encapsulations is also one of the supplement companies I trust WAY more than the average Amazon brand.Their raw materials are tested for identity, potency, microbial contamination, heavy metals including lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury, solvent residues and allergens. Herbal ingredients are also tested for dozens of pesticides, and finished products are tested for purity + potency.That testing is a BIG part of why I’m having trouble convincing myself to switch brands even though the price makes me want to cry 😭▪️the downside is absolutely the price.At $148 for 120 capsules, this works out to about $1.23 per day at the full dose.There are cheaper grape seed extracts on Amazon with very similar looking labels and some are around half the price. In theory, if another product uses the same amount of Vitis vinifera seed extract and the same polyphenol standardization, I would expect a similar effect.But botanical extracts can differ in raw material quality, extraction method, polyphenol profile, contaminants and how tightly the finished dose matches the label.After getting this much symptom relief from this specific one, I’m honestly nervous to mess with a good thing lol.‼️ one safety thing worth knowing:Grape seed extract can support lower blood pressure and lower heart rate, which can be great for some people but not everyone. If you already run very low, take blood pressure medication, take anticoagulants, or are prone to dizziness, I’d be more cautious starting with a huge 500 mg dose all at once.That’s why I was glad I split mine at first instead of going from zero to 500 mg overnight.‼️ environmental impact:The bottle is plastic, which I dont love. Supplement bottles like this can sit in landfills for 500+ years and eventually break into harmful microplastics.For something this expensive, I’d REALLY love to see Pure Encapsulations move premium supplements into glass or use higher recycled content packaging.▪️some alternatives I looked at on Amazon:There are definitely cheaper grape seed extracts, but I did not find one I’d confidently call better once I weighed dose, polyphenol standardization, contaminant testing, manufacturing reputation and ingredient simplicity.If I switched, I’d want:• around 500 mg per serving• 90 percent or higher polyphenol standardization• public testing for heavy metals, microbes and pesticides• a clean ingredient list• strong manufacturing transparency• preferably glass packaging⭐️ easy 5 stars for this product

This Grape Pip supplement contains grape seed extract as the main ingredient plus ascorbyl palmitate all inside a vegetarian capsule. The capsules are 0.905 inches long and are fairly easy to swallow with no odd smell or aftertaste. One capsule should be taken per day between meals.I love how these supplements are gluten-free, soy free, and dairy free, and have no GMOs. These supplements also don’t contain any artificial colors, flavors & sweeteners, and no unnecessary binders, fillers, preservatives, or toxic coating. The clean ingredients are the primary reason why I consistently choose this brand.Grape pips (seeds) are unique flavonoids which are supposed to support vascular health, provide antioxidant support, and promote healthy connective tissue. They also claim to support lipid metabolism, heart function, and satiety. The 120 capsule bottle contains a 4-month supply. Although I haven’t noticed an immediate improvement in my health since taking these, sometimes the results appear months later. I also haven’t had any side effects or adverse reactions to this product.The $148 listing price at the time of this review is more expensive than other grape seed extract supplements, but it’s also for a 4-month supply. And, since the ingredients are pure without any unnecessary fillers, these Pure Encapsulations Grape Pip supplements seem like a good value to help improve your vascular health.
