I take 2 before bed and have zero pain from arthritis. It takes a few months to build up in your system but they work!! I tested these by not taking for a week and I felt awful with pain in joints, hands and knees. I started again and pain went away. These are the real deal. Yes they are expensive but very much worth it. Five stars

The good stuff
Compared quite a few top brands over the years. This one works best for me. Thorne comes in as a very close second. Great quality, always sealed, inflammation greatly reduced. Almost type without it (using it for wrist/arm inflammation)

2 meals a day, no snacking before/after/between.45 minutes before each meal – bromelain10 minutes before each meal – curcumasorb & extra virgin olive oilI dont see a day to day difference, but looking back, I am noticeably more active and I bounce back much quicker. It did take some time to work, especially for pain. Its no miracle worker, but it is effective.I also like that it does not have extra ingredients.The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is price.
