TAKES AWAY THE BODY HEAT!!!
My body has always naturally run on heat which, as I’ve gotten older, has become worse and more uncomfortable. I no longer suffer because I take these capsules daily. I even turned a friend onto them and she takes them every day, as well.

I had started taking Pure Encapsulation s Black Cohosh for a little over a month now. I used to have nightly episodes of profuse sweating and extremely uncomfortable hot flashes. When I say this brand Pure Black Cohosh and Aswagandwa works well for menopause and hot flashes, Black girl vitamins where to expensive for me, but ladies this will work, I promise, i feel a whole better.

Works for HOT flashes
Yes!!! I believe this to be a good product, since menopause I get occasional hot flashes, I told my doctor I was taking Black Cohash for that reason, she asked if it really worked, I did an experiment of not taking it for a week. I noticed a difference and i was uncomfortable, So yes I’m here too say black cohash works for hot flashes, at least it does for me. Now keep in mind my hot flashes aren’t as bad as some, but when I do get them they are few and far between and last less than 60 seconds. I will continue to use this product.
