    Excellent Supplement for Daily Health

    Best form of B1 available

    B1 reformed as BENFOTIAMINE is a real breakthrough in nutrition . It has been very helpful dealing with a long-term health challenge, and I know it’s good for my nerves and my CNS system. I really notice it when I don’t take it.To be clear Im not saying that this is the best available on the market, but that B1 as Benfotiamine is the only form of B1 I take since discovering this type of supplement . I will say that of several other products of B1, I keep coming back to BenFoMax.

    Capsules not always filled to the top

    I really wish I could give this product five stars. It worked well for me for several different issues I was dealing with but the capsules many times would not be filled to the top. I ordered the bottle several times and every time I would find many capsules that were almost only half or 2/3 filled. I went to a new brand name that is much less expensive and all the capsules are filled to the top.

    Feel more wakeful – all day.

    BenfoMax gives me all day wakefulness. When off it, I don’t feel as sharp and need a nap in the afternoon. With Benfomax, I feel better during the day and I sleep better at night. B vitamins do not agree with me – BenfoMax does. Seems to work best for me along with Vitamin K2 and D and Amazon Probiotic (green label).All of the above are very small capsules and easy to swallow.
