   These gummies are contained within a plastic bottle that is easy to open with my weak, painful hands. I didn’t even have to resort to using a tool to remove the protective seal beneath the cap, as I was simply able to peel it away with just my fingers. About the bottle itself, I always hate when anything I ingest contacts plastic, since I consider it to be an irredeemable contaminant, so I would have preferred this bottle to have been a truly non-toxic material, such as glass. Also, I prefer when gummies are contained within a tub rather than within a bottle, as a tub’s wider opening allows my short, slender fingers to reach any gummies that stick together and to the sides of the container as the container depletes.Examining the bottle’s labeling, I see quality-related boasts that this product is GMP-certified, non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan. Specifically, the labeling claims that these gummies do NOT contain: yeast, wheat, milk, eggs, gluten, soy, gelatin, peanuts, shellfish, dairy, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial preservatives, or salicylates. I don’t see any indication as to where these gummies were made or from where their ingredients were sourced, but I do see that they are associated with a company whose full, Texas-based address is listed. A contact email address is listed as well. Comparing the listed Supplement Facts to those shown in the product images, I see that they match exactly. Since the Other Ingredients are not disclosed among the product images, note that they’re listed on the bottle in a nearly invisible print as follows: Water, Pectin, Stevia Side, Xylitol, Natural Fruit Flavor, Citric Acid, Lactic Acid, Sodium Citrate, Tapioca. Personally, I’m never happy to see included the very common gummy ingredient, Citric Acid, as I’m not comfortable with how it’s usually derived. I’m not a fan of Stevia either, both because of it flavor and because of its potential effects.The gummies themselves are moderately firm but still easy to chew completely for maximum absorption, not sticking to my teeth much at all. Their flavor is sweet, fruity (though not necessarily lemony), and nostalgic in a way that I haven’t yet been able to identify. They’re certainly yummy, and their sweetness is not overwhelming. Finally, at a suggested serving size of 2 gummies per day, this bottle of 60 gummies is meant to last for just 1 month.

   Great ingredient mix

   Most definitely one of the best ingredient list. I rarely take saw palmetto, plus it’s organic.Eventhough it’s a one month supply, it definitely has a decent price point.These are pretty beneficial to both men and women. I’m trying to grow out my hair and pumpkin seed oil is one of the ingredients recommended.

   Good ingredients

   These gummies contain good ingredients known to help support prostate health as well as hair health. They taste ok and are easy to take. I like the combination of natural ingredients.

   Good gummy

   i had purchased some other pumpkin seed oil gummies because I’d heard of the benefits to hair, but then realized too late that there was little information about their manufacturing. So then I came upon this one and saw that it was labeled organic and tested, so it seemed like a better choice. I’ve only been taking it for a couple of weeks, and I know these things take time, but I feel like I am actually seeing a bit of difference already. My hair feels like it’s getting a little thicker and I don’t seem to be losing as much in the shower as before.I like gummy supplements in general because I already take enough medications in pill form. These actually taste good compared to a lot of gummy supplements and have a good texture – not too soft or hard. That makes them easy to take and easy to remember to take.Overall, based on the labeling, ingredients, and testing, I’d say this is a good quality gummy and I’m hoping to see more results to come.

   Pumpkin seed gummies with saw palmetto. Aids in hair and health and urinary balance. Helps with better prostate health. Soft chewable good tasting gummies. Nice pastel colors. Organic in that they are sugar free and vegan. Overall with 60 gummies in the jar, they are a good value for your money.

   A lot of gummies (both the supplement kind and the regular candy kind) are often made with corn syrup, glucose syrup, or both. These syrups, along with some ratio of water and sugar contribute to that tacky, chewy texture that a lot of people know and love. Personally, I’m not a fan of how much it sticks to every corner and crevice of your teeth. These Sugawita Pumpkin Seed Oil gummies, on the other hand, are water and pectin based and sweetened with xylitol and stevia. This gives them a nice, soft, and chewy consistency without being as sticky and gluey. There’s also technically the benefit of the sugar alcohol xylitol being better for the teeth (and blood sugar) than traditional sugars. The flavor is a light citrus and it doesn’t seem overly sweet.As for the supplement itself, it seems to be a good blend. Pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto are a classic natural pairing for both hair loss and prostate health. The biotin is another booster for hair loss, while the stinging nettle has some preliminary research suggesting anti-inflammatory and prostate benefits as well. The other vitamins and supplements are nice-to-haves, but are more common to have some overlap if you take some other general multivitamins. Realistically, it’s hard to say if this (or any supplement) creates any direct improvements by itself, but if you’re wanting to add some nutritional supplement for targeted reasons, then these gummies make it quick and painless to incorporate them into your diet, especially if you’re one of the people that can’t swallow the giant pills they normally come in. Because these gummies use extracts, however, you’ll find that the dosage may be a bit confusing. Whether the 20:1 and 10:1 extracts actually equate to the 3000 mg pumpkin seed oil and 1000 mg saw palmetto remains to be seen.Interestingly, the directions for these gummies recommend taking 2 gummies on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. Separate pill or capsule form pumpkin seed oil supplements I’ve taken before usually recommend taking with food because the bioavailability of the active ingredients tends to increase when taken with food, primarily healthy fats, due to fat solubility. Additionally, saw palmetto can initially be upsetting to your digestion. I’m not sure if it’s because these gummies use extracts or because of the gummy form that makes their directions differ. You might like to try taking these with or without food based on how your body reacts (or consult a medical professional).At $20 for a 30 day supply, these are pricey, but not unheard of for a gummy version of a supplement. Traditional pills and capsules will likely be cheaper, but it may be difficult to find something else that has the same blend of supplements.

Many men’s gummies on the market sneak in sugar, but these avoid that, which makes them more health-friendly.That said, while the label advertises “4000mg,” the actual active amounts (100 mg Saw Palmetto, 150 mg Pumpkin Seed, 100 mg Nettle) are on the lighter side compared to high-dose clinical studies.
