Easy to Take, But Results are Hard to Quantify
I decided to try this Pumpkin Seed Oil and Saw Palmetto blend as a natural supplement for hair and prostate support. The 300-count bottle provides a generous supply, and the fact that they are organic and cold-pressed is a big plus for quality.In terms of the experience, there is no bad aftertaste, and the softgels are relatively small and easy to swallow. However, I honestly haven’t noticed any visible improvements yet in the areas the supplement is supposed to benefit.As with many supplements of this type, it’s a long-term commitment that is difficult to validate in the short term. It’s hard to tell if it’s working “behind the scenes” or if more time is needed to see actual results.This is a well-made, easy-to-take supplement, but the actual effectiveness is difficult to quantify without long-term use.
