    Easy to swallow and great health benefits for males

    As with any natural supplement do your own research and consult with your doctor. My research tells me this product is great for prostate health and as a man in my 40s that’s of importance asking with my overall health as it should be with anyone as they age. The capsules I received are of good quality with none stuck together or punctured in transport. I have not noticed any foul smell or off putting tastes or unwanted side effects from taking these capsules. They are easy to swallow with a small drink of water just as with any other capsule type pills I’ve taken.

    Warning to buyer. On my order, the item came smashed inside the package and some of the capsules were broken and leaked all over the others. Thereby making the whole package unusable. This product is flagged as not returnable.

    I got this because I have recently been wanting to get Pumpkin Seeds for a source of Potassium. If you do a quick search on just how much they have you might be pleasantly surprised. Being on a low carb diet made my selection lean even more to Pumpkin Seeds/Pumpkin Seed Oil as a good source for my personal goal. As you can see on the label 3 softgels have only .2 grams of carbs which I am all smiles about. Pumpkin seed oil does well with my passion for skin and hair health. They seem imo to be packed with healthy nutrients like Zinc, Iron, Copper Magnesium and Manganese all of which healthy hair benefits from imo. They also have fatty acids thought to be beneficial possibly to cardio health as well. I am really impressed with this product offering 300 softgels for the price it has at the time of this review. I like the addition of the Saw Palmetto for my hair health as well with it’s possible interaction with DHT. This is cold pressed and as stated non-irradiated as well as having no preservatives. I am all 5 stars on this product and more. Way easier than eating a whole bunch of baked pumpkin seeds everyday imo. I had no sides and the softgels were easy to take.
