This works great for what it is.
This is a “mild” pre-workout. For this product, it’s really more about the pump than any over-the-top stimulants “performance enhancers” that push your heart rate up. In this formula, you are getting increased circulation *everywhere* and are better able to recover. It reminds me a lot of the noexplode effects from many years ago. I’m not complaining, just trying to set expectations.This working is “smooth” to me. It doesn’t make my hears burn or my head itch. It’s just a nice pump and semes to prevent washouts during a workout. Maybe this isn’t what you want if you are going for some super-high-level breakthrough, but honestly, for me this is useful pre-workout for all of the days when you are just grinding it out, or as I like to call it, leg day. It is also useful if you are going to do a lot of reps and are looking for an all-day pump.

It works!
I’ve been using this alongside my caffeinated preworkout to boost pump and vascularity. Thanks to the 3g of glycerol, it not only enhances NO2 for vein pumps but also draws water into muscles for a fuller look. Since it has no caffeine, it doesn’t affect energy or cause jitters.At this price point, it’s decent value but really needs to be paired with caffeine unless you want a stim-free option. The flavor is mild and good, but the gritty texture takes away from the experience and makes me want to chug it rather than sip.Overall, it’s an effective, stim-free pre-workout and a solid choice if that’s what you’re after.

For starters, I absolutely love the Raspberry Lemonade Flavor, its not over the top but true to its form as its subtle, sweet, and quite refreshing (when using water as the medium) which for any nutritional supplement executing the flavor is paramount to success! There is a slight grainy texture if you don’t mix it well enough, however, this wasn’t a factor that was repeated after fixing this after a few iterations of trying it for my workouts.Background Information:It is worth mentioning that this is not a pre-workout supplement in the sense that you are amassing several 100 milligrams of caffeine, which for someone like myself that could certainly be a win, instead it includes a O₂ mushroom complex mixture which is geared towards sustaining oxygen uptake and power output for sustained performance in a workout. The ideal behind this single ingredient is that not only is there a measured benefit of sustained natural energy, but its purpose is truly rooted in ensuring that you get a solid ‘pump’ while you are working out. This is further supported by Betaine Anhydrous, which also aids in promoting a well-rounded system of staying hydrated. Well there are a number of contributing factors that influence the quality of a pump such as dietary intake, macros/micros, sleep quality, and life-style choices, this kind of supplement can certainly help with enduring strenuous workouts while prioritizing the recharge and recovery phase. With that in mind, there are certainly benefits to this product made by Bucked Up, most of which I’ve really enjoyed but I can’t speak to each of the ingredients as I am not a subject matter expert! Pump-wise *this varies with different workouts and other dietary based decisions that I’ve had* I won’t say that this is the craziest pump I’ve ever had by any imagination but it has seemed to help with my overall feeling of vitality which I appreciate to see!The Experience:In the past couple of times since taking this Pump-ocalypse I’ve felt no drop-offs in energy especially during HIT or high intensity workouts, as well as, from a hydration perspective I can say this has helped in retaining key electrolytes as a supplemental product, but it is certainly not a replacement for stronger sodium based alternatives. If you are in the market for a classic flavor such as Raspberry Lemonade this is certainly going to become a go-to in the future!

Definitely a winner here with the Raspberry lemonade flavor. I usually cut the intended amount of these kinds of supplements due to making sure I don’t overdo it. I was pleasantly surprised with the potency so I am glad I can get a lot more out of the container than if I were to use them as intended. I felt pretty good during my workout and did not feel any adverse reactions when taking it. Definitely recommend!

Better than expected flavor
The flavor is better than I expected – it’s a little more on the lemonade side than the raspberry, but it’s not awful. I like there’s no added sugar. The powder dissolved well in water – you might use a little more water than you anticipate to make sure you get it all dissolved otherwise you might end up with a sandy last sip or two.
