    Eye high-quality supplement.

When I discovered Provision Eye Vitamins, an eye supplement, I immediately ordered it. Before using it, I researched the ingredients, such as Bilberry Extract, Eyebright Herb, Lutein, zeaxanthin, and Vitamins and minerals (A, C, E, Zinc, Selenium, and Copper).Ingredients & Benefits:• Bilberry Extract – contains powerful antioxidants (anthocyanins) that may support retinal health, night vision, and reduced eye fatigue.• Eyebright Herb – Traditionally used for eye strain relief, dryness, and overall eye comfort.• Lutein & Zeaxanthin– Known as eye vitamins, these carotenoids help filter harmful blue light, protect against age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and promote sharp vision.• Vitamins & Minerals (A, C, E, Zinc, Selenium, Copper) – Provide antioxidant protection, support cornea health, and help reduce oxidative stress that can damage vision over time.Provision Eye Vitamins are made of high-quality ingredients, and I am confident I can ingest them. They are also vegan, plant-based, non-GMO, and gluten-free, with no artificial additives, and they relieve my digital eye strain. After learning that the nutrients could benefit the eyes, I immediately started taking two capsules daily. The capsules are large, brown in color, and easy to swallow with a glass of water. Because of the nutrients they contain, they have a mild odor.In conclusion, Provision Eye Vitamins is a high-quality supplement that supports long-term eye health, helps fight eye fatigue, and protects against oxidative damage. It is an excellent choice because I want to improve my eye function naturally. I rate this review four stars and will update it after I learn about the treatment results. My primary purpose in reviewing this product is to offer my unbiased opinion and help other customers make informed decisions.

    Provision

Provision by Vital Peak is a supplement that is made with various vitamins and ingredients but because the name implies that the item deals with vision, one of the ingredients listed is lutein. Though this product cannot say that is helps to improve or treat anything in particular, I do know that lutein is a common ingredient in various eye products. That said, do your own research and read over every ingredient to make a decision on if this product could improve your health.I have been taking it as directed and unfortunately, I cannot say if this has improved my eye health. It says to take two capsules once a day and I think that I haven’t been taking it long enough. I can only report that I haven’t had any adverse reactions so I will keep taking and hopefully I will have positive results. So, because I may need to take for longer to see possible results, I will only give four stars and that is because I haven’t noticed any negative effects. Also, the capsules are easy to take with an 8 oz glass of liquid.

    No independent testing

For people who are taking “eye vitamins” to deal with early macular degeneration, the critical thing is to know that the vitamins have been tested and are what they are supposed to be. This supplement sounds great, but unfortunately has no sign of independent lab testing. Further, it is not made in a GMP facility, at least not from the label and listing. It’s tricky enough to hope that vitamins will slow the progression of AMD, but without some independent testing or certification, it’s a shot in the dark. This supplement has most of the components of the leading vitamin that was tested in medical trials (including through my own doctors) but it is not the original. If it is what they say it is, then this would be good because in addition to the AREDs formula, this adds a few other supplements that have been considered helpful for AMD (bilberry, for instance.) I have been taking most of these supplements in individual form, so it takes a long time to organize and even to swallow them. So I am always on the lookout for an alternative that has all or most of the supplements I want, all in one. But if they aren’t cleared by a lab or made in a GMP facility, I can’t be sure. And we can’t count on the FDA to assure safety or efficacy. These are capsules and are easier to swallow than the original doctor-tested leading eye vitamin, so that is good, if these are what is promised.I wish I could wholeheartedly endorse these, but with the above reservations, I don’t think that I can. The dose is 2 a day and a bottle lasts a month. In terms of value, given the concerns, I would stick with the leading brand.

    Whoa…. it actually works!

It’s really hard to rate things like vitamins and supplements — you have to take them for some time to know they’re working, and even if they DO work the effects are sometimes minor and you don’t know whether to attribute it to the supplements or something else.I initially got these expecting the same. My vision had been getting slightly blurrier lately, especially since I spend a lot of time looking at computer screens for work.Surprisingly, they actually helped. After a few days of taking them, I noticed a clear difference. When I miss a day or two, I notice a degradation, so it’s clearly due to the supplement. I guess the only real “downsides” are the instructions: two per day, with a meal. This isn’t really onerous and is the type of instruction you get with a lot of supplements. There’s no taste and you’re just swallowing the pills, but you should take them with fluid unless you’re quite good at swallowing capsules, since they’re decently large and the plastic coating would stick to a dry throat.Definitely worth a try if you have minor vision issues, especially close acuity.

    Nice vision support

My eyes have been getting progressively worse. Sometimes I can’t read without reading glasses even though I have 20/20. I’ve taken another eye supplement with similar ingredients that helped a lot with my vision. These are easy to swallow and there’s no weird aftertaste. I think it may be too soon to notice a difference but I’m going to keep taking them regularly. I’m happy with the quality and I think the value is good for what you get.

Health Benefits for Your EyesHealth Benefits for Your Eyes

As someone in my 50s, I’ve noticed changes in my eyesight, especially after long hours of screen use. My eyes often feel tired and strained, so I’ve explored various eye health supplements. Provision is one of the better ones I’ve tried. After taking it consistently for a couple of months, I feel like I’ve noticed some positive changes. While it’s not a miracle fix, it seems to support my overall eye comfort.Pros+ Easy to Swallow – The capsules are a standard size and go down easily with water, and don’t have any unpleasant aftertaste.+ Comprehensive Formula – It contains a blend of vitamins, minerals, and herbal extracts like Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Bilberry, and Eyebright, which I appreciate for a well rounded approach to eye health.+ Vegan and Allergy-Friendly – Being vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free makes it a great option for those with dietary restrictions.Cons- Requires Consistency – Like most supplements, it takes time and regular use to notice any potential benefits.Who Might Like This Supplement:- People who experience occasional eye strain from screens, reading, or visually demanding tasks.- Those looking for a proactive way to support eye health.- Individuals seeking a vegan and allergy-friendly eye supplement.Who Might Want to Look Elsewhere:- Individuals with serious eye conditions (consult a doctor for personalized recommendations).- Those looking for an immediate or dramatic improvement in vision.- People on a strict budget.Additional Tips:- Be patient and consistent—results, if any, may take time.- Supplements are meant to complement a balanced diet, not replace it. Eating a variety of nutrient-rich foods is still important.- Always check with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you have existing health conditions or take medication.Final Thoughts:Provision Eye Vitamins seem like a solid choice for those looking for general eye health support. I personally feel like they’ve helped with eye comfort over time. While the benefits may be subtle and require commitment, I find them preferable to some other brands I’ve tried due to their ingredient profile. If you’re seeking a comprehensive, vegan-friendly eye supplement and are willing to take it consistently, this might be worth considering. Just keep in mind that supplements are not a “cure all”, they work best as part of a healthy lifestyle.

The ingredients I want plus a couple of extras. The ingredients I want plus a couple of extras.

I like these ProVision supplements from Vital Peak because they have the ingredients I like to take each day for eye health. These are similar to the “famous” AREDS2 formula, but not exactly the same. A serving of two ProVision capsules contains 500mg of vitamin C, 30mg of vitamin E, 25mg of zinc, 1 mg of copper, 10mg of lutein and 2mg of zeaxanthin. Compare these ingredients and their dosages to AREDS2 supplements and you will see they are similar; some ingredients, like the vitamin C, lutein and zeaxanthin are in the exact same amounts, while others, like the vitamin E, zinc, and copper are in slightly different amounts. These from ProVision also have two additional ingredients not in AREDS2, which are the billberry and eyebright extract. Vision vitamins take time to do their thing over the course of years, so it’s difficult to say if this particular formula is better than the exact AREDS2 formula, but the AREDS2 formula has undergone several large studies which give me hope. I like the addition of the billberry and eyebright because the way I see it, they may help and are worth adding to the mix. These do look different than the AREDS2 capsules I usually take, which are small, dark red gelcaps. These are clear capsules with a powder inside.I like that these are made in the USA for peace of mind. These are also non GMO and vegan. I am happy to take them each day and hope that over time they will help me out.
