Good product.
I like it, but there are some cheaper products on the market. This one definitely tastes the best and dissolves quickly. I do notice a good increase in energy when I take B12 of any kind, and this one is fantastic for that.

I was tempted to look for it on Amazon.com, and here it is. I bought this double strength bottle instead and save money by cutting my pill in half. As you know, naturopaths do a lot of research and only offer the best products for their patients. So this comes highly recommended.

BEST B-12 !!!
This is a great product. I used to take B-12 injections, which I would dread because I hate shots. I highly recommend this brand. I tried some drug store brands, that were a waste of money, but LOVE these!!!

My naturopathic doctor recommended that I take at least 10
I’ve been using this product for at least 8 months now. My naturopathic doctor recommended that I take at least 10,000 mcg of Methyl B12 a day. Because of my genetics, I only can take the Methyl type of B12. I have had no problems with my digestion taking this product and I feel that it gives me the energy I need to get through the day. I’m 63 years old and can still do yoga. I also take the other B12 variety called Black Bear which provides the additional B12 we all need.

Not as sweet as many other B12 sublingual supplements
This is my current favorite B12 sublingual supplement. Unlike many others it’s not overly, sickly sweet tasting (it’s still sweet don’t get me wrong, just not as intensely), and it offers the higher dose. obviously B12 shots are much, much more effective, but when that isn’t an option this is a reasonable supplement to consider.

Hard to find as good a MethyB12 at this dosage
I’ve used these for years, every day… With MTHFR C677T, these fit the bill. I may look at switching to a liposomal, but otherwise this is the brand my FDN doctor recommended, and my research tells me to stay with.

Very Potent
I tend to always be low in B12. I had MRI many years ago that showed demilination of nerves in brain. Low B12. blood tests now show I have too much and doctor suggested I take once every 7 to 10 days.
