Excellent probiotic with a specific strain I was looking for!
I got this product after a chronic struggle with BV, after my provider told me to find female probiotics with lactobacillus rhamnosus specifically in it. Anyone who has had the struggle knows that odor and overall feeling of cleanliness is such a problem!I know that it can take a few months for the effects to really take hold, but I have experienced a drastic decrease in reoccurrence since starting these just a few weeks ago. This makes sense considering that these pills are loaded in probiotics!They definitely feel very effective and I feel very relieved! These probiotics have been worth their weight in gold just from that!There is no strong taste, and they are easy to swallow down and very easy to use in general. I have had no upset, stomach or digestive effects from them, which I know can happen with some probiotics, but that has not been a problem here.I 10/10 recommend these and would buy again in a heartbeat!

So Far So Good
I never know what to expect with products like these, and I’m often disappointed. But since I’m experiencing some extra fun sides of menopause, I’m always trying to find more natural options to deal with them.To that point, I will say I’ve seen a significant decrease in vaginal issues. The smell and heavier discharge has almost completely disappeared, and the exterior yeast infection in my FUPA, fat upper public area, is much more manageable. Less smell and icky sensation. Which alone is worth the cost.I take this in the morning with my breakfast. It’s the standard size for a supplement, but it’s easy to swallow. There’s no taste, and dissolves with my coffee. I don’t know about the specific ingredients, so I had to look them up, and the internet says they’re good ones.

Works on the gut
These capsules are not large and they are easy to swallow. I like that I only need to take one pill once a day and this can be taken at any time of the day. I have had no side effects while using this supplement. There is no bad odor when you open the bottle and these do not have a bad taste either. The ingredients in these capsules are all great benefits to have in a probiotic, especially for vaginal support and gut health. As far as bloating though, I have not noticed a huge decrease in my bloating since I started taking this supplement but I have had less digestive issues.

Not Working Well For Me
While the pills are easy to swallow and take as a daily supplement, I don’t feel like these are as good as other probiotics on the market. It doesn’t have very many different strains included and it doesn’t include a prebiotic. Since I switched to these from my other probiotic, I haven’t been as regular. Not sure that these are working well for me specifically, but supplements are different for everyone. I would take a close look at what is in this supplement though before ordering because it might not be what you are looking for in a probiotic supplement. I feel like there are better options out there.

Protocol For Life Balance Didn’t do the Trick for Me
Things I liked:1. It arrived quickly (next day)2. It came in a glass container, which is better for probiotics.Things I didn’t like:1. It arrived feeling very hot. That’s not so good for keeping probiotics alive. I grabbed it the minute it was delivered, so it was clearly not in an air-conditioned van for delivery.2. I waited about a week, and took these daily. They are not working as well as other products I have used to stay regular. I have a feelings this is not due to production, but the way it was shipped.Overall, unfortunately this product just wasn’t as effective as I was hoping when it comes to feminine hygiene and regularity.
