It’s not a huge boost, my protein shakes have 30g, so those are my go-to for most days. These are great for a sweet treat to get some extra and fulfill my candy craving. I think these taste exactly like a candy gummy bear. You you had my blind taste test these I would have no idea they are a protein gummy. The flavor is a general berry in my opinion and the texture is a very satisfying firmer chew.Overall, the are a super yummy way to get a boost and have a treat!

Very Tasty-Serving Size Unclear(2 or 4?)
These B&B GLOBAL protein gummies are very tasty, definitely an easy way to add some extra protein to your daily diet. They have a chewy texture that once in awhile a little may stick to your teeth but not always and not as bad as other gummies of similar texture. Quality-wise these seem average with nothing in them making them unique or extra healthy. I don’t know much about this brand and couldn’t find much info from a simple search.The issue I have with these is it’s a little unclear on the serving size. The directions on the bottle say to take 2 gummies once a day. But all the nutritionally facts, like 12 grams of protein, is based on a serving size of 4 gummies. I mean you can take as many or as little as you want. I just wish I knew for sure if the 12 grams of protein and 1 gram of sugar are for 2 or 4 gummies. I am assuming one of those is just a typo. I am leaning towards it being 4 a day, not 2, making this only a 15 day supply, and feeling like the $25-$27 price is a bit high.
