Overall: 3 stars (average) – I have two major concerns with True You Health Prostate Drops, which are actually capsules. First, the quality of the product isn’t transparent; they only state that it’s made in the US on the product page; there was no additional information I could find that supports this. Second, all of the major ingredients are part of a “proprietary blend”, which means that I have no idea how much of each I’m getting. So it’s impossible to tailer my supplement regimen to the exact doses I need (I take several different supplements per day).Individual Ratings:INGREDIENTS: average – Has a lot of ingredients, but True You Health uses a proprietary blend, so you have no idea of how much of any you’re getting.QUALITY: average – Product page states Made in the US, but this isn’t printed on the bottle, and there is no web presence. I decided to try Prostate Relief Drops Capsules. They are an easy size to swallow and have no taste.I don’t feel any different since taking them. It is very hard to review a product like Prostate Relief Drops Capsules unless one has a very bad reaction to ingesting them.I would say try them and see what they do for you. Large Proprietary Blend
I am quite impressed with the large proprietary blend that’s included in each serving. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a large group of ingredients in a prostate supplement. However, the vitamin C and D is quite redundant, for me at least. Most anyone that does a multi has already gotten their C and D, and in my case other supplements I take also have C and D. It is something to keep in mind when you look at your total dosage for a given day. I also noted it is quite expensive with only 30 servings per bottle, so it’s likely not one I would order again as cost is definitely a factor for me. Lastly, I can’t say I have noted any particular results with this one, but to be fair I do take a plethora of other supplements and also prescription medications.

I don’t have any prostrate issues, at least any that I’m aware of. What is of interest to me about the True You Health Prostrate Supplement is the copious amounts of vitamins C, and D, and the mineral zinc that it provides. Specifically, as an aggregate, those three constituents form powerful immune system support, especially when in the grip of an illness like a cold, flu, respiratory distress or what have you. Or that’s my experience anyway.True You Health’s capsulated supplement also includes a proprietary blend of medicinal herbs from a variety of modalities including traditional Chinese, indigenous native American and Ayurvedic medicines. A read through the listed herbs does reveal an interesting blend. I’ve been an adherent of natural medicine for many years, and one included herb, coleus forskohlii, is new to me and has some interesting properties, as does garcinia cambogia. The supplement does appear thoughtfully considered and optimized to provide the asserted benefits.True You Health states that their Prostrate Relief supplement is designed and manufactured in the USA, adhering to strict standards of quality, while supporting local businesses. Besides any prostrate discomfort, it’s also noted that the prostrate supplement is supportive of general urinary tract health. Well, that can’t hurt, but for my part, I’m interested in the immune support it may provide.What True You Health doesn’t mention is whether the ingredients are non-GMO and/or organic, along with third party testing, and manufacturing practices. It’s be nice to know.
